As our company continues to grow, one of the realities I
face is not being able to personally meet and thank each
and every one of our guests. One option, which I enjoy
just as much, is to do so in a way that allows me to touch
even more of our patrons. And that’s by treating our
associates in the same manner I’d treat my guests
every time I walk into one of our locations. I always
try to shake as many hands as I can, give pats on the
back, or just say hello and give a big “thank you” to our
hardworking associates. Hopefully the smile they greet you
with — or the hello they say during your visit to Gringo’s —
is the exact same one I would give to you!
