Protaras Holiday Villa Greek Paradise is ideally located near the Cape Greco area less than 2 km from Protaras
Centre the most family friendly resort of Cyprus and 6.5km from the more lively resort of Ayia Napa. The nearest
beach is Mimoza beach which is less than two minutes walk away. The bus service which runs every half an hour
day and night can conveniently and safely take you to all the main spots and beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras
and the bus stop is less than 100m from the villa.
The villa is carefully decorated from the owner with modern minimal style and many small details that make the
property unique and includes all the luxuries you would need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The whole ground floor opens up into a large veranda with nice sea views and equipped with rattan furniture table
and chairs. The remote controlled sunshades make it comfortable to sit and enjoy the view day and night.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large double door fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and all
necessary cooking utensils. The spacious open plan living room features white leather sofas, large screen TV, dining
table, fireplace as well as board games and a guest shower and WC.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, a second double bedroom, a
third bedroom with a bank bed and a shower room. All rooms enjoy beautiful sea views.
The house offer private free Wi-Fi internet, cable TV and is fully air-conditioned.
