Atelier Minarik has been in Munich‘s Schwabing district since 1955. The foundation stone was placed by my father, Johannes Minarik, who had been trained
as a stage designer. In 1987, I took over direction of the atelier. For over 25 years
now, I‘ve been the second generation to carry out my father‘s life‘s work.
I have specialized my work in upgrading and converting private homes and
objects: Be it office, private apartment, house, villa, vacation apartment, swimming pool, yard or farm estates under protection as cultural heritage. Numerous successful projects have been carried out domestically and abroad
under my direction with great success.
