of Pendulum Impact Testers PSd 300/150
for the years of manufacturing 1982-1996

Modernization details:
- the installation of an incremental
transducer and a digital controller
significantly upgrades the stability of
function of measurement and regulation
of the test procedure
- with the renewal of the lift controller
and replacement with a more powerful
engine, the load dependency is nearly
eliminated, it also upgrades the nominal
value of the approach accuracy
- refitting of the magnetic coupling to an
electro magnetic brake mechanism
provides a higher safety standard,
particularly during a power failure
- with the renewal of the control panel,
an extended operational concept is
realized, an electrical safety activation of
the pendulum will be installed (real
standard conform two-hand-handling)

- with the renewal of the data-interface
(installation of RS-232 interface), it is
possible to connect a PC, with the PC
and the software (which has to be
purchased), the user is able to collect,
calculate, archive and transfer the test
results, the integration in an in-house
quality management system is therefore
guaranteed
