Nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt „Stuttgart / Zuffenhausen“
Aus Richtung

Richtung Stuttgart-Zentrum / Hauptbahnhof.

Befahren Sie die Heilbronner Straße (B27) bis zur Kreuzung am Hauptbahnhof.
Hier biegen Sie links ab in die Straße „Arnulf-Klett-Platz“/Schillerstraße.
Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf für ca. 250m, auf der rechten Seite erscheint die Tiefgarageneinfahrt beim „Hotel am Schloßgarten“.
Ziehen Sie bei der Einfahrt ein reguläres Parkticket.
In der Tiefgarage folgen Sie den Hinweisschildern in Richtung Phoenixbau bis Sie an eine
Schranke kommen (Sie befinden sich hier im 3. UG). Parken Sie links vor der Schranke,
gehen Sie zu Fuß durch die Schranke durch und verlassen Sie die Tiefgarage durch die Tür
linker Hand. Klingeln Sie dort bei Horváth & Partners und fahren nach Einlass mit dem
Aufzug in das 3. OG.
Über die A8 aus Richtung München

Nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt „Degerloch“ auf die B27 und folgen Sie dieser in Richtung
Stuttgart Zentrum.
Nachdem Sie den Stadtteil Degerloch passiert haben, fahren Sie die Neue Weinsteige,
die Hohenheimer Straße und die Charlottenstraße entlang Richtung B27 / Ludwigsburg / Heilbronn in den Planietunnel.
Im Tunnel halten Sie sich rechts und fahren geradeaus Richtung B27 / Ludwigsburg /
Heilbronn.
Aus dem Tunnel kommend fahren Sie weiter geradeaus auf der Friedrichstraße (B27) bis
zur Kreuzung am Arnulf-Klett-Platz.
Biegen Sie rechts in die Straße „Arnulf-Klett-Platz“ / Schillerstraße am Hauptbahnhof ein.

Nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt „Stuttgart-Vaihingen“.
Folgen Sie der A831 in Richtung Stuttgart-Zentrum / Stuttgart-West. So gelangen Sie in die
Rotenwaldstraße, die direkt in die Rotebühlstraße übergeht.
Fahren Sie geradeaus über den Rotebühlplatz in die Theodor-Heuss-Straße, welche in die Friedrichstraße mündet.
Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf der B27 bis zur Kreuzung am Arnulf-Klett-Platz.

Nehmen Sie die S-Bahn (ab Flughafen jede Linie möglich) bis Haltestelle „Hauptbahnhof/
Arnulf-Klett-Platz“.
Folgen Sie im Bahnhof der Beschilderung Königstraße durch die unterirdische Arnulf-KlettPassage bis Sie die Königstraße (Fußgängerzone) erreicht haben.
Von dort aus laufen Sie in Richtung Schlossplatz.
Der Phoenixbau befindet sich nach etwa 500m auf der linken Seite (Schuhgeschäft Görtz im
EG), der Haupteingang zum Phoenixbau liegt in der Seitenstraße (Marstallstraße).

Take the exit “Stuttgart / Zuffenhausen” and follow the
signs for Stuttgart-Zentrum / Hauptbahnhof
(Stuttgart Center / Main Station).
Follow the Heilbronner Straße (B27) as far as the intersection next to the Main Station.
Proceed straight across the intersection into the Friedrichstraße.
Move into the left-hand lane after the second set of traffic lights
and follow the sign for “Gebiet Bolzstraße” (U-turn).
After making the U-turn, drive back in the opposite direction briefly until you can turn
right into the Bolzstraße.
Here you can park in the underground car park “Tiefgarage Königsbau Passagen” (P2)
or continue along to the end of the Bolzstraße and then turn left into the Stauffenbergstraße and park in the underground car park “Tiefgarage APCOA” (P1).

Take the exit “Degerloch”, join the B27 and follow this road towards “Stuttgart-Zentrum”
(Stuttgart Center).
Once you have passed through the suburb of Degerloch, drive down the Neue
Weinsteige, then the Hohenheimer Straße and then the Charlottenstraße
(each leads directly into the next), following the signs for “B27 / Ludwigsburg / Heilbronn” until you pass into the tunnel called “Planietunnel”.
When in the tunnel, keep right and follow the signs for “B27 / Ludwigsburg / Heilbronn”.
When leaving the tunnel, move into the right-hand lane and turn into the Kronenstraße
at the second set of traffic lights.
You are now on the Kronenstraße and can park your vehicle in the multistory car park
“Parkhaus Galeria Kaufhof” (P3) or take the first right into the Lautenschlagerstraße.
Follow this road until the end, turn left into the Bolzstraße and park your vehicle in the
underground car park „Tiefgarage Königsbau Passagen”(P2) or continue along to the
end of the Bolzstraße and then turn left into the Stauffenbergstraße and park in the
underground car park “Tiefgarage APCOA”.

Take the exit “Stuttgart-Vaihingen” and join the A831.
Follow the signs for “Stuttgart-Zentrum / Stuttgart-West”. This will lead you directly onto
the Rotenwaldstraße, which then leads into the Rotebühlstraße.
Continue along the Rotebühlstraße until you cross the Rotebühlplatz and the road leads
directly into the Theodor-Heuss-Straße. In turn, this road becomes the Friedrichstraße,
where you should turn right into the Bolzstraße (at around the “Friedrichsbau” located
on the left hand side).
Here you can park in the underground car park “Tiefgarage Königsbau Passagen”
(P2, on the left) or continue along to the end of the Bolzstraße and then turn left into
the Stauffenbergstraße and park in the underground car park “Tiefgarage APCOA” (P1).
Arrival by train or public transport:
Via S-Bahn (regional train) from Stuttgart Airport and then on foot from Stuttgart Main
Station (Hauptbahnhof)

Take the S-Bahn (regional train) from the airport to the station “Hauptbahnhof / Arnulf-Klett-Platz” (Main Station). All trains from the airport go to this stop.
In the station, follow the signs for Königstraße through the underground shopping
arcade “Arnulf-Klett-Passage” until you reach the Königstraße (pedestrian zone).
Walk straight up the pedestrian zone towards Schlossplatz.
The Phoenixbau is a building about 500m (650 yards) on the left-hand side.
The main entrance to the Phoenixbau building is in the side street (Marstallstraße).

car parks close to the offices:
P1: Underground car park “Tiefgarage APCOA”, access via the Stauffenbergstraße:
Leave the car park following the signs for Königstraße. After walking approx. 100m
(130 yards) along the Königstraße you will find the Phoenixbau building on the right.
P2: Underground car park “Tiefgarage Königsbau Passagen”, Bolzstraße 7:
Leave the car park following the signs for Bolzstraße/ Stephanstraße. Follow the Bolzstraße
towards the Königstraße. Turn left into the Königstraße. After approx. 100m (130 yards)
you will find the Phoenixbau building on the right.
P3: Multistory car park “Parkhaus Galeria Kaufhof”, Kronenstraße 4:
Leave the car park, turn right to find the Kronenstraße, then left along the Kronenstraße until
you reach the Königstraße (main pedestrian zone). Turn right onto the Königstraße towards
the Schlossplatz. After approx. 200m (260 yards) you will find the Phoenixbau building on
the left.
