Simmons Vedder Partners
Simmons Vedder Partners is an experienced, highly regarded real estate
firm that specializes in the acquisition and development of commercial and
multifamily real estate properties. With the background and expertise of the
principals and over 300 years of combined real estate experience, the
company is focused on superior execution and on finding opportunities at the
front end of localized real estate cycles when returns are at their greatest.
As a result of the varied backgrounds of our principals, our core competence
is wide.
We have successfully developed vertical mixed-use, office,
warehouse, multi-family, student housing, senior housing, billboards, and
land.
Since 1992, the company has been responsible for the development
and acquisition of over 8,000,000 square feet of office, industrial and
residential projects with an aggregate value of over $2 Billion; these projects
span such markets as Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Ft. Lauderdale, Houston,
Oklahoma City, Orlando, San Antonio, and Washington D.C.
Through prudent speculation and careful research, Simmons Vedder Partners
continues to pursue top locations in underserved markets for commercial and
residential development.
Simmons Vedder Partners believes that given
today’s capital markets and the growing inflexibility of the larger real estate
operating companies, viable opportunities exist for a nimble well-capitalized
real estate company to move quickly and identify trends before the herd
mentality takes effect. In summary, Simmons Vedder Partners’ strategy is to
outperform the market yield requirements on a risk-adjusted basis by
identifying early trends and moving quickly to secure an advantage in the
marketplace.
