The above listed countries or nations are been practically made as the scientific specimen
for other nations to learn how to live in peace and cooperation and towards sustainable
global development.
These countries shall learn in pains and agonies until they publicly announce their
understanding of the concept of positive international diplomacy and sustainable
development at all levels. These territories and/or countries are subjected to the International
Diplomatic Maturity (IDM) Assessments through the various developed scientific indices
and tests to ascertain their level of maturity towards sustainable global development and
genuine disarmament.
