Bölgesel Avrupa Proje Festivalinin Değerli Ziyaretçileri,
1959 yılından günümüze kadar devlet politikası haline gelen Avrupa Birliği’ne
üyelik hedefimiz 10 yılı aşkın bir süredir daha kararlı bir biçimde devam ediyor. Hükümetimizin, Bakanlıkların yeniden yapılandırılması kapsamında AB
Bakanlığı ihdas etmesi ve bununla birlikte Türk Ulusal Ajansı’nı da Avrupa Birliği
Bakanlığımızın ilgili kuruluşu olarak tescil etmesi ile AB sürecimiz hız ve motivasyon kazanmıştır
AB eğitim ve gençlik programlarının en önemli özelliği yaşı, konumu, eğitim durumu ne olursa olsun ya da nerede yaşarsa yaşasın her vatandaşımızı kapsamasıdır.
Kendisini hem kişisel hem mesleki alanda geliştirmek isteyen her vatandaşımız
bu programlardan en az bir tanesinin hedef kitlesindedir. Vatandaşlarımız Hayatboyu Öğrenme ve Gençlik Programları ile bir yandan kendi geleceği için önemli
adımlar atarken diğer yandan da AB sürecinin bir parçası olduklarını hissediyorlar. Gittikleri ülkelerde kültürümüzü, tarihimizi ve geleneklerimizi Avrupa’ya
tanıtarak akıllardaki Türk imajını yeniden ve doğru olarak biçimlendirme şansına
da sahip oluyorlar.
İşte bugün ziyaret etmekte olduğunuz Bölgesel Avrupa Proje Festivali de bu
biçimlendirmenin canlı örneklerini sunmaktadır.
Daha önce Ulusal Ajans ile proje yapmış ve ülkemizin AB’ye üyelik müzakerelerine dolaylı da olsa çok önemli katkılar sağlamış olan proje yararlanıcısı kurum ve
kuruluşların temsilcileri ile burada tanışma ve bu sayede bu projelerden kendinize pay çıkarmak suretiyle onların yaşadığı deneyimlerin benzerlerini yaşama
imkanı bulacaksınız.
Bu insanlardan “Bir proje yaptım, hayatım değişti” sözünü mutlaka
duyacaksınızdır.

The project ProSkills is focused on the
partnership’s creation of a common
framework-model related to the application of
creative and active training methods, based on
the arts and the art-therapy (music, painting,
movies, drama…), with the aim to develop in
the socially disadvantaged people a creative
mind, proactive attitudes and behavior,
ability of learning to learn and to self-develop
themselves. This means promoting in the
target group autonomy, initiative spirit,
creativity, capacity of innovation and selfimprovement, problem solving. Consequently
to this promotion, the learners can improve
the quality of their private and professional
life, enrich their relations on different
dimensions, and increase the level of social
participation and civil engagement. This
also means the increase of key/soft skills that
can foster opportunities of starting again to
study, finding a job or ameliorating the work
status of these people, who very often are in a
situation of social exclusion because of their
disadvantaged condition.

Sports are a way of motivation for people.
Adults are mostly wasting their time
with their daily routine business. They
have many responsibilities such as jobs,
home, children, citizenship etc. which
cause them their individual stress. So,
they need to avoid stress and increase life
motivation. The Project includes adults
over 35+ years of age. Also the people
in target group are either employed or
unemployed or retired people.

This intercultural project is a great opportunity for
adult learners and staff to communicate, exchange and
celebrate diversity via internet (e-mail correspondence,
chat, blogs, skype and videoconference) which, at the
same time, improve their ICT skills. This approach
between different lands with their own local cultures
and heritage helped us to build up the common
European patchwork, which is available for everybody
in the web of the project. Our final product, an
interactive multimedia DVD is a step forward in this
knowledge and spreading of local cultures and heritage
as it is disseminated to educational institutions, libraries
and local communities to increase their awareness
on European dimension. Working hand to hand with
different nationalities was also a great way of developing
their language knowledge, vocabulary and everyday
English.
Adult learners and staff got new “know how’s”, take
up motivating innovative approaches and use this
experience to improve their job prospects, so important
in a time of global economical problems.
All these contributed to their lifelong learning from a
practical, active and creative point of view.

Dyslexia is a difficulty in the acquisition of reading and writing that affects
10% of the population. The support in vocational training tends to be
patchy and mixed, with some students having support, but most getting
nothing. Furthermore, most support tends to be in the form of providing
human support in the form of disability support officers, who may be
poorly trained, overworked, or who more on to other places, particularly
at key times. The alternative is to provide the support direct to the student,
in the form of widely available e-learning, tailored to their specific needs.
The project builds upon the experiences in other projects, to provide a
resource to help the dyslexic individual through a carefully structured
course with includes sections on:
Using Assistive technology
Reading and writing
Listening and note taking
Examinations
Time management

A successful and efficient dialogue among all
the members of the community is an essential
means to improve the inclusion of minority
parents, the parental support for ethnic
minority pupils and also, their academic
results.
The PARTEA project (PARents and
TEAchers) seeks to identify and develop
innovative methods for enhancing the
intercultural dialogue between minority
parents and teachers, and between majority
and minority parents in European countries;
and then, to disseminate the findings and
the good practice widely. The project wants
to survey the European ‘state of art’ of the
collaboration between minority parents and
teachers, and arrange activities and dialogue
meetings so as to improve the collaboration
to the benefit of the minority children in the
European educational system. Each of the
eight partners, from a range of institutions
in seven widely-spread countries, established
contacts with parents, ethnic communities,
schools and other relevant stakeholders of the
local community in order to ensure national
participation and ownership of the project.

in project activities and evaluation

Projemiz, yerel siyasetçilerle birlikte gençleri bir
araya getirmekte; gençlerle siyasetçiler arasında
bir buluşma zemini oluşturmaktadır. Böylece hem
gençlerin yerel siyasete olan duyarlılığının, hem
de siyasetçilerin gençlerin sorunlarına yönelik
farkındalığının arttırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla
Gençlik Merkezileri ziyaret edilmiştir. Projenin
önemli çıktılarından bir tanesi projeye katılan
katılımcı gençlerin kendi ülkelerin siyasal yapıları ile
gözlemledikleri ülkelerin siyasal yapılarını, gençlerin
sahip oldukları olanakları karşılaştırma imkanı
bulmuşlardır. Proje kapsamında elde edilen başlıca
sonuç gençlerin projeye dahil olması, daha fazla genci
yerel siyasetçilerle buluşturma adına yerel düzeyde
“çalışma grupları”nın oluşturulmasıdır.

ATE project insists on the background by studying
and suggesting the implementation of a therapy
already used in hospitals (especially for people with
health problems) in policy adopted by organizations
supporting aged people. The pet therapy is a particular
methodology that, although already common in
certain fields, is not fully implemented in relationship
with aged people, even if national laws often suggest it
(as in Italy). Pet therapy in ATE is seen as an effective
tool able to support the aged people in his process of
recovering the capability to learn and to be involved in
something that can be also a motivational challenge.
The project will study the real implementation of this
therapy to countries involved in the project, will favor
the exchange of the best practices and by exploiting
collected experiences and data, will provide a series
of output for implementation of pet therapy in
organizations supporting aged people.

It all started in Oslo in January 2010, when three German and one
Norwegian colleagues set down their idea for a common project. With the
help of this first draft they were able to inspire enthusiasm for cooperation
among two other organizations based in the Czech Republic and in Turkey
and a continuous and fruitful partnership was created. Norway, Germany,
the Czech Republic and Turkey differ not only with regard to their
location in Europe, but also regarding their socio-political background.
The central idea of our project was to learn about and experience them.
One of the main goals of our cooperation was to link up people in Europe
who work voluntarily to achieve a more just Europe and a society with
equal opportunities for everyone. The learners were the center of attention
and the target group of the project. They also contributed to the evaluation
and spread of the workshop results. Thus there was a nice cooperation
between volunteers and salaried employees.
The project called- “MARED4LIFE”will bring together organizations
from Turkey, United Kingdom, Estonia, Italy, Romania, Cyprus, Spain,
Germany, and Lithuania. The aim of this project is to give a “quality
marriage preparation and marriage continuation program” to both
married and/ or engaged couples. The expected outcomes of this project
creates rare learning opportunities for the couples whose wish to aim for
“the quality marriage” forever. The project helped participant couples
to establish a resilient marriage right from the start. Seminar subjects
are motherhood, fatherhood, distinctive roles of wives and husbands
as spouses, communication and relationship within the family etc. The
participants learned how to raise their strengths, build skills, deepen
their intimacy, and plan their strategies to address challenges.

World
The purpose of this project is to examine the social,
economic, cultural and infrastructure elements of the
ancient cities, and their correlation to today’s world.
By examining the way that ancient cities functioned in
different sectors like politics, architecture, education,
construction, health, entertainment, mythology,
philosophy, culture, transportation, geology, ecology,
etc. we identified areas and ways of improvement in our
contemporary societies. The diversity of the participants,
representing different cultures and times in history,
at totally distinct geographic regions is very crucial
for analyzing the contribution of the ancient world as
a group in today’s society. We expect the participants
instructions and educators, acquired enough expertise/
knowledge on this particular subject, that they can
influence, sensitize and educate related target groups. By
understanding the similarities between European cities
throughout history, staff and learners of the institutions
involved are able to respect and preserve historical sites
for cultural identity as well as tourism. This group has
also introduced “Social Media on Youth” under the roof
of Youth Program.

Değerlendirmesi
Kurumumuz faaliyetlerini, bu kez “Ağırlama
ve Yiyecek-İçecek Sektöründe Sürdürülebilir
Gelişme- 2. Safha: Elde Edilen Verilerin
Değerlendirilmesi” başlığı altında sürdürmeyi
hedeflemektedir. Yararlanıcılar okulumuzun son
sınıf öğrencileri olup, 10. ve 11. sınıflarda 6’şar
ay süre ile 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otellerde veya turizm
belgeli işletmelerde staj yapmışlardır. Projemizin
amacı öğrencilerimizin mesleki bilgi ve
becerilerinin geliştirilmesi, yeniliklerin yerinde
ve zamanında takibinin sağlanması, yabancı
dil bilgilerinin artırılmasıdır. Öğrencilerimizin
değişik kültürlerin yeme içme alışkanlıkları
hakkında fikir sahibi olmaları, Avrupa’daki
otelcilik okulları ve çalışma koşullarını öğrenerek
kıyaslama yapmaları ve kendilerine kariyer
hedefi belirlemeleri beklenen sonuçlardandır.
Yerleştirme süresi ortalama 19 haftadır Eğitimin
belirgin yönü, ağırlama ve yiyecek-içecek
sektöründe sürdürülebilir gelişme olacaktır.
Katılımcılardan gittikleri kurum ve işletmelerde
“çevre”, “sürdürülebilir enerji”, “yavaş yeme” ve
“sağlıklı beslenme” konularında araştırma yapıp
rapor hazırlamaları ve proje bitiminde bu raporu
sunmaları istenecektir.

We create a suitable network of competent institutions with common
concerns: to aid the development and improvement of teaching and training
of skills in the knowledge area of the Industrial Maintenance. A platform
of exchange of educational experiences from different EU countries; a
platform for the development of innovation in educational projects; A
platform to improve the visibility of vocational training.
We tried to develop a European standard for Maintenance Technician
and Maintenance Supervisor that permits to work on the accreditation of
professional qualifications of formal or informal knowledge at European
level, at levels of knowledge, skills and competencies.
Some of the fields included in this area of knowledge are: Maintenance of
HVAC installations (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning), electrical,
electronic and automatic installations, mechatronics etc. This partnership
has to be an area of meeting and collaboration of Companies, Chambers
of Commerce and educational institutions working in the different
educational levels of vocational training, having as a reference the European
Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (EQF), being levels 3 to 5
the most important for us. The end product of this partnership must be the
creation of a stable Association that could inspire new initiatives as ECVET

Bu Projemiz; Türk sanayinin kalbinin attığı ve en çok
katma değerin üretildiği yerlerden birisi olan Kocaeli
ilimizde bir mesleki ve teknik eğitim merkezi haline
dönüşmüş olan okulumuzun, Makina Resim ve
Tasarım bölümünde öğrenim gören 10 öğrencisini ve
2 refakatçi öğretmenini kapsamaktadır.
Yapacağımız bu teknik ziyaret özellikle üretim
sistemleri ve kuruluşlarındaki AR-GE ( Araştırma
geliştirme)faaliyetlerinin Dünyanın ve Avrupa’nın en
büyük kuruluşlarından biri olan CG Power Systems
Ltd. nin öğrencilerimize sağlayacağı imkânlardan
ve eğitimlerden faydalanarak Avrupa düzeyindeki
uygulamaları yerinde görerek bilgi ve deneyim
kazanmaları planlamıştır. Öğrencilerimize teorideki
bilgilerin nasıl uygulamaya geçirildiğini çalışma
prensiplerinin fabrika sahasında, Avrupa boyutunu
gözlemlemelerini sağlamaktır. Fabrika sahasında
çalışma kültürü, iş disiplini uygulamadaki kolaylıklar
ve teknik insanların düşünce yorum yapma
kabiliyetlerinin görülmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

CPS projesi dört ayrı Avrupa ülkesinden farklı
kurumlarla birlikte geliştirilen proje, gençlerin iş
dünyasını ve kendilerini tanımaya yönelik hazırlanmıştır.
Sistemin temelinde web tabanlı bir danışmanlık sistemi
bulunmaktadır. Öğrenciler için kariyer planlama ve iş
arama süreci ile ilgili yararlı dokümanlar hazırlanmış
ayrıca öğrendiklerini uygulayabilmeleri için çeşitli
egzersizler uygulamışlardır. Rehber öğretmenler ise kendi
öğrencilerinin yaptıklarını web üzerinden gözlemleyerek
onlara on-line şekilde geribildirimler verebilmişlerdir.
Böylece öğrenci ve rehber öğretmen arasındaki
danışmanlık sürecinin zaman ve mekandan bağımsız
olarak devam etmesi sağlanmış, rehber öğretmenlerin
öğrencilerine daha kolay bir şekilde ulaşabilmeleri
ve onları sistemli bir şekilde kontrol edebilmeleri

Proje Adı:
F4ESL - Tarladan Çatala Avrupa Gıda Güvenliği Mevzuatı Projesi, gıda
zincirinde yer alan tüm paydaşlara en yeni eğitim metotları ile mesleki
eğitim sağlayan, AB Gıda Güvenliği Mevzuatı üzerine yenilikçi ve gelişmiş
online bir eğitim programıdır. Proje gıda sektöründe çalışan her iş kolu
için mevzuat boşluklarını tüm ilgili AB gıda mevzuatları ve “tarladan
çatala” yaklaşımıyla kapsayarak doldurmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Gıda üreticileri ve gıda işleyicileri, resmi kontrolörler/denetçiler, gıda
ve gıda güvenliği ile ilgili birlik, oda ve dernek üyeleri, ithalatçılar ve
ihracatçılar ile gıda sektöründe çalışan Gıda Mühendisi, Ziraat Mühendisi,
gibi meslek gruplarını ve son sınıf öğrencilerini hedef alan F4ESL eğitim
programından katılımcılar ücretsiz olarak faydalanmıştır. Proje süresinde
düzenlenen 3 pilot eğitim dönemi ile 55 ülkeden 2 bin 26 kişiye ulaşmıştır.
Türkiye içinde ise 54 il F4ESL projesinden yararlanmıştır.

kazandırmaktır.

Şişli Belediyesi, Kent Konseyi ve benzeri uygulamalar ile mevcut yerel
yönetim sistemi içinde iyi yönetişim ilkelerini tüm hizmet ve karar alma
mekanizmalarına dahil etmek amacıyla gerekli düzenlemeleri yapmaya
çalışmaktadır. Belediyenin 2010-2014 dönemi için hazırlamış olduğu
Stratejik Plan iyi yönetim anlayışımızın gereği olarak hizmet ve personel
kalitesinin artırılması, maliyetlerin düşürülmesi, e-belediyecilik,
şeffaflık, saydamlık ve dürüstlük ilkelerini öne çıkarmaktadır. Bilgi
ve deneyim eksikliği sebebiyle çalışmaların istenilen verim ve katılım
düzeyine ulaşamadığı görülmektedir. Söz konusu proje ile öncelikle
aktif katılımın sağlanması, vatandaşlara daha iyi hizmet üretilmesi
için iyi yönetişim çerçevesinde izlenmesi gereken yöntemlerin ve “iyi
uygulama”ların öğrenilerek yerelde ve ulusal düzeyde paylaşılması,
kazanımların paylaşılarak sertifikalandırılması hedeflenmektedir.
Ayrıca projede, personelin istihdam edilebilirliğini arttıracak
yaklaşımlara da özel vurgu yapılmaktadır. Bu kurum Gençlik Programı
kapsamında yapmış olduğu “Mirora – Aynalar” adlı projesinin de
tanıtımını yapmıştır.

Güngören 320.000 nüfusunu 8 km karelik bir alana
sığdırmış; yoğun yapılaşmanın, konut ve sanayi alanı
özelliği gösterdiği İstanbul İl Sınırları içerisinde
merkezi konumda bulunan ve kilometrekarede 38000
kişilik nüfus yoğunluğuna sahip olan bir ilçedir. Bu
kadar küçük yüzölçümüne sahip ve nüfus yoğunluğu
yüksek ilçenin yaklaşık 0,06 km2 park alanı vardır.
Yeşil dokudan tamamen kopuk bireyler, günlük
dinlenme, eğlence, spor ve sosyalleşme ihtiyacını
giderememektedir. Bölge halkının fazla olan çocuk
nüfusunun oynayabileceği alanlar yok denecek kadar
azdır. Ayrıca Güngören İlçesinde yoğun kentleşme
nedeniyle yeni park ve bahçelerin oluşturulabileceği boş
araziler de bulunmamaktadır.
Mevcut nüfus yapısı ve yapılaşma göz önünde
bulundurularak; bireylerin psikolojik ve sosyolojik
gelişimlerine katkıda bulunmak için; bu yoğun
yapılaşmanın arasında kalan düşük alanlı, sınırlı

Students of eight schools from southern, western,
central, northern Europe and also from the African
continent and the most western border of Europe, the
Azores Islands, investigate their sustainable energy,
economy and touristic situation by having a look at
the past, the present and the future of these topics.
The student works were integrated at the meetings.
Students are not only looking into these matters
as facts, but are also stimulated to take part in the
inventor’s group. According to the motto: Heal the
World, Yes we Can! they think of new inventions,
new ways to go for a brighter, sustainable future.
The products are:
- A book called “A traveling tale about
kindness”;
- Presentations with photos of theatrical
performances on a CD;
-Concerts and carnival parades on a
DVD;
-An album with the tales from each
country and photos of Paintings from
every tale;
- Presentations of all the work meetings
on a CD.
As a result of the realization of the project:

The aim of this project is to combine disadvantaged students’ traditional
musical talents into their educational studies and adapt them into their
social life. Our most important aim is combine the universality of music
with the all the students and families participating in our project with
the goal of lowering their level of disadvantage. As part of this project all
of the participating countries presented and performed their traditional
music and give seminars and performances showing methods of sharing
their traditional dances from generation to generation. Through this
method the students shared their experiences with their fathers and
grandfathers and living elders and present them to our partners. So
they are motivated to do something to preserve their identity. The
final product called “My Folks of Folks File “ and it created strong
international relationship with other countries. All of the content
related to this Project will be posted on www.projectmyfolksoffile.com.

teorilerini geliştirerek her bireyin öğrenme sürecinin
işitsel, görsel ve dokunsal öğrenme biçimlerine
dayandığını savunmuşlardır. Teoriye göre bireyler en iyi
bu üç öğrenme biçimlerinden biriyle öğrenebilmektedir.
Dünyanın birçok yerindeki öğretmenler, öğretimlerini
öğrencilerin öğrenme biçimleri farklılıklarını dikkate
almadan yapmaktadırlar. Öğrenme stilleri farklılıkları
sınıf ortamlarında oluşturulmamış ve fark edilmemiştir.
Öğretmen ve öğrenciler öğrenme biçimleri konusunda
bilgilendirilmemiş ve öğretimde dikkate almaları

The objective of the project is to celebrate and gain
respect to the differences amongst children, with the
hope of eliminating prejudices in early childhood
years. The aim is to help children express their feelings,
understand how other people may feel and respect
people with different characteristics or specialties,
learn empathy and gain awareness. Children will
be supported to feel good about their own culture
and at the same time they will know about different
cultures, learn the differences and similarities and
respect them. By our study and education we hope
to improve the quality of children’s lives and feature
the international values of humanity. The education
method of our project will be through Creative
drama and using Persona Dolls. In drama, pupils
create a world that reflects their knowledge and
experiences. Creating such a world that helped them
to understand themselves and the real world in which
they live. We also aim to add these methods to the
preschool curriculum for a continued effect. The key
of the existence of social dynamics and people which
live together in peace and harmony is creating this
awareness from preschool term.

The aim of this project is to promote international partnership amongst
young people and to develop their interest in environment, science,
ICT, English language…The project focused on the study of the coastal
area of each country. The students study the fauna, flora, dynamic,
climate conditioning. They compare their coast with the coasts of all the
partners involved in the project. Due to the presence of such a number
of different seas, regions and the industrial and tourist activities of each
area, different coastal ecosystems can be found. This wide variety of
formations may present similar or different characteristics. Therefore,
a comparative study of ecosystems provided an overall view of them,
which is interesting as they are not isolated but interrelated and they
make up a more complex ecosystem, the Earth, which we must respect
and protect for the use and enjoyment of future generations. The project
includes exchange visits for students between 14-17 years old in Bulgaria,
Croatia, Greece, Spain and Turkey for one week approximately.

This Partnership facilitates the teaching and learning process in our
communities through cooperation. Basing on folk tradition and
modern theatre we involve drama techniques in the classroom and
school life. We cooperate with professional theatres which will have
workshops for us and support our project. We write, compose and
act a play together which will be performed, recorded and shown in
our communities. The theme of the play is connected with 6 global
issues which will be chosen by our students who will also take
part in voluntary activity to support our causes. This will include
variations for students with learning disabilities and talented
children. We perform in our national languages and in English.
Students exchange presentations and letters, work on multilingual
vocabulary, provide subtitles for songs in their languages, and use
it during students’ exchange. Teachers and students will learn and
use Web2.0 tools to produce emotions e-book, publish a project
newspaper, prepare posters and exchange information. Wide range
of activities enables all students to try different roles and develop
their skills. The project reflects all horizontal issues and supports
increase of most of the key competences. It is closely integrated into
the school curriculum and involves active participation of whole
school community, parents, local government, and other partners.

Nowadays, “the old dog” has to get accustomed to the
changing society very quickly in order not to stay behind. That is why we would like to engage the youth in
the teaching process of the elderly. Our aim is to teach
those who need the basic computer skills, such as using
the word processor, using messengers, surfing the net,
using social networking sites or electronic banking. If
need be the students can also help to teach to use the
mobile phone or teach a few basic phrases in a foreign
language. The final product would be a webpage with
the action described and containing the outlines of the
workshops and lessons for further practice. By teaching others the students revise and reinforce their own
knowledge, they will also understand the nature of the
learning process more deeply, moreover, working with
their relatives and neighbors allow for a more profound
integration with the society and improve family bonding, whereas the involvement of the local institutions
will provide some experience in working with authorities. Furthermore, the cooperation with peers from other European countries not only provide a deeper insight
into the problems they face and allow to compare and
contrast different cultures but will improve significantly

Our project aims to build a cultural bridge among our
pupils and teachers. Our students have similar lifestyle problems among the partner countries and they
will have chance to see different countries and their
cultures, traditions. Besides, if we think our teachers,
they can develop their social, cultural and teaching
skills when they know different countries and people. Students learn some information about European
Countries in their lessons but if they see these countries, they can tell more about them to their friends.
Our aim is to create awareness among partner countries for the importance of tourism because tourism
has a lot of advantages both people and their countries today. It is considered to be the most powerful
tool to promote national integration and unify people
from all over the country. We organize cultural and
historical trips in the partner countries to teach them
to our pupils and students. We will organize touristic
presentations in the motilities including, presenting
the history of the city, culture and people. Thanks to
this, the teachers and students involving in the project are able to tell their colleagues and friends when
they return to their countries. This will build a cultural bridge among the partner countries.

“CauGht nOt Taught” is a partnership with 5 partner
schools from: Romania, Turkey, Ireland, Italy and Spain.
The project is addressed to students between 10-14 years,
as a result of a study made by our schools in which we
found out that due to the phenomenon of migration in
different European countries our schools have recently
welcomed a growing number of children from other
countries. At our partnership level we identified the need
of enhancing intercultural awareness of our students in
order to make them understand and respect others’ way
of living and cultures. Activities are real-life activities in
order to prove that differences are richness. More than
85% of our students will become more tolerant with
pupils of other cultures, and surely 90% of the involved
teachers will interact with teachers from other partner
schools and share their methodologies and experience
to improve the quality of education at their schools. The
partnership will add value to education in our schools,
strengthening European dimension to teaching and
learning. In order to assure the sustainability of the
project even after the funding period we will have as
a main product a 6 vol. digital folk encyclopedia and
also 3 thematic booklets that can be support for classes,
optional classes or extra classes activities in the future.

accompanied by the expert instructors and
also intends to strengthen the tie between
the generations by encouraging the youth
to play this game with the people.

A great number of people have migrated to İnegöl in the last decades.
However, this wave of migration, especially from the Eastern part of
Turkey, has brought about many problems as well. As a result of widespread
marriages among relatives and mothers” being unconscious during
pregnancy causes children to be born mentally or physically retarded.
There are approximately 10.000 mentally and physically retarded children
in İnegöl. And it is assumed that there are many others who are kept home
being unable to socialize. One reason why these children are kept home is
the fact that their parents are ashamed of them.
Our aim is to show people that these children will be able to achieve many
things and that they are not an impediment to anyone. This being our
aim, we, 10 volunteer actors and 20 mentally and physically handicapped
students set off for this journey. Our motto being “ I am handicapped, but I
am not a handicap”, we want to have people be aware that these children are
a reality in the society we live in, and we want to make sure that they feel
they are loved and respected unreservedly by the people of İnegöl.

Projemizin amacı özürlü bireylerin sahip olduğu
yasal hakları konusunda özürlü bireyleri ve ailelerini
bilgilendirmelerde bulunmaktır. Proje kapsamında yine
gençlerden kurulu bulunan sinema ekibimiz topluma
mesaj vermeyi amaçlayan Birlikte Yaşamak İçin 1 Dakika
Yerime Geçer Misiniz? Filmini hazırlamışlardır. Film
özürlü bireylerin aramızda bizimle birlikte yaşamaları
için algılarımızın değişmesi ile ilgilidir. Empati kurmayı
amaçlayan bir mesaj vermektedir. Zaman içerisinde
proje ekibimiz her yaş grubundan özürlü bireyin kendisi
ile ilgili verilebilecek bir mesajı olabileceği düşüncesi ile
8 – 13 yaş aralığındaki karma özür gruplarına mensup
çocuklar projeye dahil olmuşlardır. Bu çocuklarımız
uzman eğitmenlerimizin nezaretinde stop-motion
animasyon tekniği ile çizgi film yapmayı öğrenmişlerdir.
Bu eğitimlerin sonucunda çocuklarımızın Metropol
Düşleri
adında
“Yürüyorum-Duyuyorum
ve
Görüyorum” isimli üç filmi olmuştur. Çocuklarımıza
eğitim sertifikası verilmiştir. Projemizin animasyon
atölyesi çalışmalarına dahil olan çocuklarımızın
eğitim aldığı okullarda sınıf arkadaşlarına ve diğer
arkadaşlarına, öğretmenlerine animasyon filmler toplu
olarak gösterilmiştir. Bu kapsamda okullarda yapılan
toplu gösterimlerde toplam 650 öğrenciye ulaşılmıştır.
Ayrıca Müdürlüğümüzde Özürlülerin Sosyal Hayata
Adaptasyonu ya da Toplumun Özürlülüğe Adaptasyonu
Projesi ( ÖSHA Projesi ) kapsamında sunum yapan
gençler halen filmimizi ve animasyonlarımızı sunum
yaptıkları ilk ve orta öğretim okullarında, kamu
kurumlarında öğrencilere ve kamu çalışanlarına
sunumları öncesi göstermektedirler.

Project of “Local Youth Policies” aim is to provide the Youth A s s e m b l i e s
taking part in the development period of city policies
meeting, where
the local decision makers and the shareholders are coming
together. The
general aim is to provide the youth to participate the
process of local politics making. With 108 participants
from 81 cities of Turkey will perform this Project in 5 days. With the local
youth politics Seminar, youth, experts in youth, international organizations
members, IT industry members and decision makers will develop basic youth
politics dialogue. Other main aims are, local youth policy, participation,
democracy, e-participation, Europe e_participation strategy, youth rights,
these are the laws of Europe about youth participation. As part of this Project
Regional Coordinator Group which will set up with 16 volunteer participation,
will organize information meeting in 81 cities, thanks to all this meetings www.
yerelgenclikpolitikalari.com portal will be supported by all kinds of youth.
This Project will be the only Project that the youth’s participation of the policy
makes duration. As part of the Project in workshops and training activities,
non-formal techniques will use actively.

For to achieve the principal goals of YE we’ll use different activities, such
as: group discussion/presentations, movie-show, intercultural evenings,
discussion with an expert, treasure hunt, peaceful demonstration involving
local communities and other team building activities. We aim to find
solutions against unemployment with these activities and education styles.

Ülkeler farklı ırklar, etnisiteler, dinler, diller, renkler
ve kültürleri içerisinde barındırmaktadır. Bundan
dolayı, yabancı düşmanlığı geleneksel olarak bir birey
tarafından “diğer ya da yabancı” olarak algılanan bir
başka bireye karşı hissedilmektedir. Bundan yola
çıkarak projemiz farklılıkların ayrıştırmasını dikkate
almaksızın, önyargılar ve basmakalıp düşüncelerin
üstesinden gelerek, “Bir Kültür Mozaiği” oluşturmak
yoluyla “HERKES’İ” “SEVGİ” ile içselleştirerek yabancı
düşmanlığını reddetmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Türkiye,
Yunanistan, Malta, Letonya, Makedonya, Sırbistan,
Azerbaycan, Gürcistan ve Filistin gibi farklı ülkelerden
genç insanları bir araya getirmeyi amaçlıyoruz. Bu
yolla farklı ulusları, inançları ve kültürleri temsil eden
insanlar arasında ortak anlayış atmosferi oluşturmak
mümkün olacaktır; ayrıca gençliğin girişimcilik
ruhunu, orijinal düşünme becerisini ve öz-güvenini
teşvik edeceğiz. Etkinliğimiz süresince yaygın eğitim
metotlarını kullanacağız. Projemizde Mevlana’nın
KİM OLURSAN OL YİNE GEL sözüne atıfta
bulunarak hoşgörü kültürünü öne çıkartmak istedik
