By invitation of the government of Cuba, Bard College President and Music Director
Leon Botstein and the Bard College Conservatory Orchestra will perform in Cuba’s top
concert halls in Havana, Cienfuegos, and Santa Clara. Join them and experience Cuba
through visits to multiple cities, concerts, and events with local musicians, professors,
and expert guides on a people-to-people exchange tour.

and Cuban musicians, and community activities
• Tapas and a show at the famed Havana Café
• Orchestra concerts at major performing arts centers, including the final concert in
Havana with pianist Peter Serkin
• Daily group lunch or dinner at specially selected restaurants, including welcome and
farewell dinners with Conservatory students and faculty
• Deluxe double-room accommodations, including breakfast in all hotels and three
nights at the 5-star Meliá Cohiba (single-room supplement available)
• Ticket entrance fees to all scheduled performances and events
• Motor coach transportation within Cuba
• Visas and Cuban medical insurance
• Round-trip airfare, luggage fees, and gratuities from either JFK or Miami airports
• Airport transfers to and from hotels, including luggage fees and gratuities

• Passports (must be valid for at least 3 months)

COST PER PERSON:
All inclusive: $4,995 ($500 single-room supplement), includes a $300 tax-deductible donation to the
Bard Conservatory. Per-person refundable deposit of $500 is due with reservation by February 22, 2016.
Additional deposit of $2,500 due on March 15 and nonrefundable balance due on April 1, 2016.
