Under the Full Management option, we take care
of the entire leasing and management process,

Under the “One Shot” option, we will market
the property, field questions from prospective
tenants, conduct detailed background checks
when applications are submitted and place the
approved tenant on a lease. At that point, the
owner takes over for all other aspects of the
relationship.

We also offer an “A La Carte” option, including
only conducting background checks, placing a
tenant on a lease, conducting inspection videos
and other combinations of services.

Our management fees, which are competitive in the marketplace,
can be broken down in detail when you meet with your New
Business Development representative. The fees are deducted
from the monthly rent proceeds as each month’s rent is collected.

Our Accounting Department provides a monthly e-statement outlining all collections and disbursements. For your convenience,
all proceeds will be electronically deposited in the account of
your choice. You can monitor your account from the comfort of
your home using our “Owner Web Access” program, available
24/7 from anywhere in the world. Each year a summary of all
activity will be provided for your tax purpose, as well.

property condition
Analysis
A detailed property condition video is performed prior to tenant
move-in and move-out. This documents the condition of the
property, inside and out. Various walkthroughs may be conducted,
as well. A property condition analysis report is performed
approximately six months into the lease. You will be provided a
copy of this report as well as photos of the property.

The Property Management Division is proud to offer our owners
our Eviction Protection Program, a new and innovative cost
saving program designed to help owners during the time of a
tenant’s eviction.
