_ Mr. Than Thanh Vu is the founder as well as a president of VnTPO, the Vietnam’s
largest forum and real estate conference are international stature. VnTPO is not just

Occupancy rates confuses investors because of its percentage of 46%, while specialists believe
that the occupancy rates do not meet the requirements of investors operating in infrastructure of
industrial parks and local authorities. However, ….Quality of infrastructure and obvious
administrative procedures are main elements attracting investment, not only occupancy rates.

At conference, speakers assume that Vietnam’s real estate market has some positive signals which show its
recovery as a result of economic growth rate, main topic is “Administrative procedures and costs have big
affect on prices of projects.
Complicated procedures delay progress of projects, which impacts raw material prices and all of costs then
would be allocated to apartment price unit, therefore, buyers will incur all of these costs”. They have same
opinion that to ease supply and demand pressure in the residential market, Government needs to improve
administrative procedures to be opened and explicit and speed up in land clearance activities to put projects
into operation. Besides, investors should be flexible and keep up with government’s policies involving real
estate sector.
