Dear Valued Customer:
This letter is to notify you of a change of address for I-Flow’s business offices. Product Complaint
returns, our Legal Manufacturer name and address are also impacted by this change which will be
effective February 1, 2014. Our manufacturing location and address will not change with this
move.
In addition to our address change we will be updating our current IFUs (Instructions for Use) and
giving them a new look and format following the move. You can expect to see these in shipments
of product arriving after February 1, 2014.
You can expect the same quality you are accustomed to and there will be no impact to production.
You will get the same great level of service with no interruption as we’re optimizing our space to
be able to serve you even better. Please see below for the information about the changes and
