REMEMBER - the quality of our merchandise determines the reputation and success of this sale.
So in keeping with the nature of this sale, Little Lambs reserves the right to reject any item
based on known recalls, quality or appearance. Please do not be offended if some of your
items are not accepted.
Little Lambs will not bear any responsibility whatsoever associated with any items under recall
that have unknowingly been processed through our sale.
THE DEADLINE FOR ENTERING ITEMS IS 12M SUNDAY NIGHT, FEBRUARY 16TH
ITEMS FOR SALE
Restricted to include Children's clothing (sizes from NB to size 20), Juniors’ clothing, Easter dresses and
suits, School uniforms, Homecoming / Prom dresses, Maternity clothes, Toys, Books, Baby Equipment (by
law car / booster seats are not allowed), Children’s furniture, and Media items (Cassettes, VHS tapes,
CD’s, DVD’s, etc.).
Items being sold must meet certain standards of quality.

Clothes must be clean (no stains), wrinkle free, pleasant smelling and on hangers (please use
children’s hangers - children’s clothes do not hang well on adult hangers). Please make sure to button
all buttons, snap all snaps, tie all bows and zip all zippers. Clothing should not be torn. Only new
underwear (in original packaging) will be accepted.

Shoes must be in good condition. We will not accept badly scuffed, worn, or dirty shoes.

Toys must be clean, in excellent condition (no excessive wear), have all parts present, and have
working batteries.

DVDs, computer games, and CDs must be in their cases and working.

Baby equipment and furniture must not be broken. Equipment must be stable, clean, in good
condition, and fully assembled.
CLOTHES
ONLY
SPRING AND SUMMER CLOTHING WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SALE.
All clothes must be on hangers where the opening of the hanger is facing to the left, like a question
mark (?). They also must all have tags. Plastic hangers are recommended.
Tags must be generated from the Little Lambs website - NO OTHER TAGS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Tag must be safety pinned (no stick pins, etc.) in the designated area on the tag and placed on
the front LEFT shoulder of the garment with the pin’s clasp turned away from the tag.
Use the appropriate size hanger for the size of the item. Please do not bend the hangers.
Pants are to be safety pinned to the hangers and not folded over.
For multi-piece items attach the items together with safety pins. For example, shirt and short sets should
be pinned together and placed on the hanger.
Outfits with small items such as hats or matching socks can be safety pinned to the back of the garment
so they won’t become separated and possibly lost.
SHOES
Shoes must be attached together with the tag securely attached.
TOYS & GAMES
Toys with pieces should be sealed in Ziploc bags and taped shut with the tag taped to the outside of the
bag. PLEASE - NO STUFFED ANIMALS.
SMALL ITEMS
Small items should be placed in Ziploc bags with the bag taped. Attach the tag to the outside of the bag
with shipping or masking tape. Please do not tape over the barcode!!!
Tip: Smaller items such as socks, onesies and small toys will sell better if grouped together with similar
items and sold as a package.
LARGE ITEMS
Tape the tag on the most visible part of the item.
Layette items (comforters, bumper pads, bedding items, etc…) should have tag pinned in a visible
location. Sets will sell better if grouped & bagged together in a clear bag.
LARGER ITEMS REQUIRING ASSEMBLY
These items need to be securely assembled by the seller either before or during drop-off.
Unassembled items will not be accepted. Please allow time and bring the tools required to assemble.
We will try to have someone to help, but ultimately you are responsible for putting the item together so
that it can be viewed.
DROP-OFF
At your scheduled drop-off time, you must bring the following to the Seller’s Desk:
1. Laundry basket with your seller number on it. Make sure that this designator cannot be easily
removed.
2. SASE (Self addressed, stamped envelope). This is so we can mail your proceeds check as soon as
possible after the sale. Little Lambs pays 70% of the proceeds to the seller and 30% to Little
Lambs ministry. The seller fee is $8.00 per seller number and will be automatically deducted
from your proceeds check.
Note that you DO NOT need to bring a signed copy of your Seller Agreement form.

Workers can shop between 5PM – 6PM on Wednesday.
Sellers can shop between 6PM – 7PM on Wednesday.
LITTLE LAMBS CONSIGNMENT SALE
The sale is open to the public between 9AM – 7PM on Friday & Saturday and between 9AM – 2PM on
Saturday.
PICK-UP
Pick-up is between 5PM – 6:30PM on Saturday.
Items not picked up by 6:30PM on Saturday will be donated to Little Lambs Clothing Ministry
which reserves the right to determine the disposition of all items.
If an emergency keeps you from being able to pick up your items between 5PM – 6:30PM, please call
(678) 468-9536 as soon as possible.
