Silver Party Package

2 hours disco with games, magic show, balloon modelling and bouncy
castle. Entertainment is provided by CJay from Happy Wacky
Entertainment.
Gold Party Package

2 hours disco with games, magic show, balloon modelling, face painter
and bouncy castle. Entertainment is provided by CJay from Happy
Wacky Entertainment. Face painting is provided by Pixie Faces.
Extras
Character Appearances: Peppa Pig, Micky Mouse, Hello Kitty, Ben 10
and more... £65 (£40 when booked with a party package).
Pass the Parcel: £10 for two parcels.
Face Painting: £65 for two hours.
Catering
You can either choose to do your own catering or we can provide catering for you.
If you choose to provide your own catering, you must ensure all food /
rubbish is cleared away and taken with you.
Cold Buffet – includes kids sandwiches, crisps, carrot sticks, pizza slices, mini
sausage rolls, chocolate fingers, apple segments and grapes. £3.50 per child.
Includes cordial drinks.
Hot Meal – choose from either Chicken Nuggets and Chips, Pizza and Chips,
Fish Fingers and Chips or Macaroni Cheese and Garlic Bread (v). £3.00 per child.
Includes cordial drinks.
Cakes
Prices start from just £30 for a personalised 10” cake.
Terms and Conditions
By booking a kid’s party package you agree to the following:















A £50 deposit is required on booking. Included in this is the hire of the room (£30 nonrefundable) and a £20 refundable bond to cover against damage, excessive untidiness and
non-removal of own catering waste and rubbish.
The balance is payable one week before the party by cash, cheque or debit card.
Payments made by credit card incur a 2% surcharge.
This package is strictly for children’s birthday parties up to the age of 12.
Access time to set up the room is to be agreed with management in advance.
Entertainment is provided by Happy Wacky Entertainment who carry their own public
liability insurance.
If providing own catering all rubbish and leftover food is to be cleared up and taken with
you.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The room must be left in a clean and tidy state.
Soft drinks may be provided for children by the organiser but all other drinks must be
purchased from our licensed bar.
If the hot meal option is chosen, orders will be taken on arrival with the meal served 1
hour after the party has started.
This offer is available 7 days a week between 12pm and 7pm Sunday to Thursday and
between 11am and 4pm Friday and Saturday subject to room availability.
The organiser must inform us of catering numbers (if chosen) one week before party.
Any alterations to catering numbers must be given with a minimum of two days notice.
The organiser is responsible for supervising all children in the party.
Any breakages or damages by those attending the party become the responsibility of the
organiser.
Prizes for party games must be provided by the organiser unless purchased with a party
package.
