wich. Mr. Elgin is a graduate of
the University of Cincinnati.

Art. He holds an M.F.A
degree in painting and a B.S.
degree in design from the
University of Cincinnati.
Mr. Elgin has taught at the
University of Cincinnati,
Collage of Design, Architecture
and Art. He is presently
