has been in business for over 100 years). LOCATION: Wedge Lumber,
191 East Ave., Zumbrota, MN. (Watch for Houghton's auction signs.)
OUTSTANDING COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
Offering unlimited possibilities! Main building is 72'x152' w/retail
area, several offices, conference room, restroom, warehouse area,
overhead door, loading dock. The second building is 56'x96' w/3
overhead doors with a portion shop area. All situated on very large
lot one block off Main St.
TERMS: Down Payment - the successful bidder will be required
to present a $15,000 earnest monies check made out to Dunlap
& Seeger Law Office Trust Account. A buyer's fee of 5% will be
added over and above the high bid. This will equal the contract
price. Closing - the successful bidder will enter into a MN standard purchase agreement at the conclusion of the auction. Closing
will be July 30, 2013 or sooner. Closing will be conducted by the
Dunlap & Seeger Law Office of Rochester, MN, at which time the
buyer will receive marketable title. If for any reason the buyer
is unable to complete this transaction the down payment will be
forfeited. Inspection/Preview of Property is Essential - property
