HOW TO ENROLL IN BENEFITS IN ADP VANTAGE
New Hire Enrollment Events

Log on to ADP Vantage, www.tpshr.com

If you are already registered , type in your user id and password
o
If you are not registered, click “register here”
o
Type the registration code: theparad-1234
o
Select and provide answers to the security questions

Select “Myself”

Select “Enrollments”

Click the “Enroll” button

Click on the “Dependents” to add each dependents who will be covered under your enrollment

Click on each benefit link in blue font, (example: “Medical”), to select your plan or coverage amount and add dependents to
the coverage.

Check the box by each dependent’s name to add to coverage
o
Click “Done” button after each benefit selection
o
If applicable, designate your beneficiaries on each Life and AD&D option by clicking on the green circle

Once you have completed your plan selections and added your dependents and beneficiaries, review your elections on the
Summary page, then click “Confirm Elections” button to finalize your enrollment

Review the Certification Statement. If you agree with the information listed, click “I agree” button. If you do not agree, your
elections will not finalize

Select how you would like to receive your electronic confirmation, then click “submit” button

Review the confirmation statement to insure you enrolled in the correct plans, with the correct deduction amounts,
dependents and beneficiaries, then click “Done” button

Click on the “View Confirmation” link to print a copy of your elections for your records

**If your benefits eligibility date is April 1 , you will not be able to elect benefits until the Annual enrollment period in February.
QUALIFIYING LIFE EVENT
HOW TO CREATE A LIFE EVENT AND MAKE CHAGES TO YOUR BENEFIT ELECTIONS IN ADP VANTAGE
ADP VANTAGE has made it even easier to make changes to benefits due to a Qualifying Life event, which includes marriage, divorce,
birth, death, and changes in employment status, dependent’s status or eligibility for other coverage. Associates have 30 days from
the date of such event to notify the plan administrator through ADP Vantage of a qualifying change.
Associates may create a life event and make changes to their benefits directly in ADP Vantage.
First: Log onto ADP Vantage > click “Myself” > Enrollments > Report an Event > select the type of life event and enter the event date
> click “Submit” button.
After creating the life event: click “Enroll” button > select each benefit in blue font, (example: “Medical”), you would like to make a
change to (i.e. Medical, Dental, etc.) > click “Done” after each change.
When you have completed all allowed updates: Click “Confirm elections” to save.
Don’t forget to view and print the confirmation statement for your records by clicking on the blue “view confirmation” link.
Please insure you keep your life event supporting documentation available, as ADP will contact you for a copy to substantiate your
change. If you do not provide the documents within the timeframe noted in the communication, your request will automatically be
cancelled in the ADP Vantage and with the Vendor.
