How to Measure the Men
1. Neck... Gently wrap the measuring tape
around their neck leaving room for 2 fingers
between the neck and collar.

2. Sleeve... With coat off and one arm bent
(good cue word... Like you are playing a
trumpet). Measure from the middle of the
back of the neck (top vertebra), over the high
point of the shoulder, down around the elbow
to the wrist bone.

3. Chest... Measure the fullest part of the
chest keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
4. Overarm... Wrap the tape around their
chest over their biceps, snugly but not tight.
This should be taken at the same height the
chest measurement was taken.
5. Waist... Measure around the natural
waist (at the navel) keeping the tape snug.
6. Outseam.. With the trouser at navel
height, measure from the top of the waist
down the outside of the leg to the trouser
length desired. (2” from floor)

How to Measure the Women
1. Bust... Measure around the fullest
part of the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
2. Waist... Measure around the natural
waist (the navel) keeping the tape snug.
3. Hips... Measure the fullest part of the
hip, keeping the tape parallel to the
floor.
4. Gown length is from the hollow (at
the neck) to the floor. Please take these
measurements wearing your performance shoes.
5. Skirt length... Measure from waist to
floor. Please take these measurements
wearing your performance shoes.

HOW TO ORDER SAMPLES
We encourage you to order a sample garment. There is no
charge for this service if samples are returned in new
condition, within 30 days of the ship date, with all tags
intact.
1. Secure garments with a Visa, Master Card,
American Express or Discover Card...or
2. Provide us with a School Purchase Order for the
amount of the sample.
3. Fax your order along with your credit card number
or P.O.# Fax toll free at 1 888 456-2233.
4. Note: Samples not returned in 30 days will be charged
to your credit card or school Purchase Order. If you

We use measurements to determine which sizes to
send you so please measure carefully and accurately.
(You can download size charts from our web site
and order by size if you prefer.)

Remember over/under size charges exist on most
garments. Special Cut charges do exist.
HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER
You may choose from these convenient payment plans:
1. Proforma: Prepay your order and receive a 2%
discount.
2. 50% Down/Net 30 days. Send a check or money
order for 50% of your order. The balance is due 30
days from the ship date of your original order. (A 2%
per month, 24% per annum, deliquency fee will be
charged on all account balances over 30 days old.)
3. Purchase Order: Send an Official School Purchase
Order with your order. We must have a copy of your
P.O. in order to ship. All school P.O.’s are net 30.
4. Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
Please have card number, name and expiration date
ready. (Receive a 2% discount) Your card will be
charged prior to shipping.
5. COD: Cash/Check on delivery.
RENTAL INFORMATION
1. Outfits are rented for the school year and are due back to
Tuxedo Wholesaler by July 15th.
2. Rental prices remain the same regardless of when your
contract begins.
Note: Normal Wear is expected on rental garments. If garments
are damaged or permanently altered they will be returned to you
and you will be billed at the list price.
HOW TO EXPEDITE YOUR ORDER
Please complete the order form accurately, missing information
can cause delays. If you have questions, Call Toll Free 1 800
828-2802.
1. Please keep a copy of your completed Order Form.
2. Please send a physical copy of your School P.O. or your credit
card number with your order.
HOW SOON CAN WE DELIVER
We ship as soon after your order arrives as possible. We do need
time to process your order and prepare it for shipping. This
process can take up to 2 weeks. However, we suggest you order
early... As time goes by the orders can back up and there are times
it can take 4 to 6 weeks to ship. Remember to allow 2 to 7 days
for UPS delivery.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM
Check your order carefully. If you need to exchange or return an
item:
1. Contact your Music Sales Representative for a return
authorization number. Please include the Exchange form
sent with your order.
2. Garments must be returned within 30 days of shipping date,
unused, with labels intact. All returns are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Special cut charges are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
3. Please write your return authorization number on the outside
of the box.
4. Exchanges and returns must occur within 30 days of the
date of shipping. Use a return method that allows you to
trace the package.

1. We ship all orders UPS Ground Service unless otherwise
specified.
2. For 3 Day service ask for UPS 3 Day Select.
3. For 2 Day service ask for UPS Blue Lapel
4. For overnight service ask for UPS Red Lapel
5. For overnight A.M. Service ask for UPS Red/Morning.

The Gowns and Dresses in this section are made of a woven 100%
polyester fabric. This fabric washes and dries beautifully. Classical
Collection Colors: Black, Red, Royal Blue, Turquoise and Antique
Pink.

The Gowns and Dresses in this section are made of 100% polyester
Deluxe Satin. Our high quality deluxe satin washes and dries like a
dream. PLEASE NOTE There are some Jewel Collection dresses
that have speciality fabrics, as an accent, these gowns will require
Dry Cleaning.
Jewel Collection Colors: Black Onyx, Pearl White, Ruby Red,

Special Cuts
If you have special needs, or your measurements do
not fit into our standard patterns you will require a
special cut. This includes long, extra long, and
special garments made out of your own fabric.
Measure carefully and give us all the measurements
we need, remember we are trying to make something special for someone we have never seen.
There are no exchanges or returns on “special cut”
garments. Some special cut garments may require
more measurements than requested in this catalogue.
Dye Lots
Although we make every attempt to keep dye lots
consistent we are at the mercy of the mills. We are
sorry we cannot guarantee exact dyed lot matches
on fill-in orders.

Please Note! There is a $5.00 over/under size charge applied
as follows:

It is important to remember that our dresses are made from
patterns, not individually cut. A special cut charge will be
charged to all garments deviating from our standard pattern. We
use a European sizing scale.

Hems
Remember garments like dresses, skirts and trousers are

If you would like to have your trousers hemmed we would be
