How to login?
Use browser as Google chrome, And search “ KCCL ” as key word you will get following
screen.
Next Click on KCCL - Site you will get the KCCL Site as follows.
Next click on Magik soft Icon.
Now you will get Login page as follows below:
1. How to log in?
In the above screen enter your User Name & Password , Click on Login button
2. If you forgot passed what to do?

3. How to change password ?
After first Login you will get the following screen, If you want to change your password type
New password & retype password and click change password.
4. How to change password after first login? Goto Settings Change password
Here type your old password, New
password& Re-enter new password.
Click on Update button. Logout &
login with new password
5. How to Pull ( Transfer ) the stock from Distributors?
Goto STBPull Stock - Now you will get the following screen
6. How to Pull Conax Stbs ( Coship and My box)?
1. In the above screen select server type as Conax
2. Select Source/Location of your Distributor
3. Pull the STB by Using Chip Id (11 digits ) Which is Physically you have.
Here type ur Chipid
or VC Number
Or Pull STB by using VC Number (11 digits) which are Physically you have ( Before that tick the VC number)
Then Click on Transfer Button you will get message on screen Transferred successfully.
7. How to Pull Logic Eastern STBs?
 Select server type as Logic Eastern
 Select Source/Location of your Distributor
 Pull STB by Using the UA key (14 digits) which is physically you have. (Before that
give tick mark)
Here by clicking the (+)
symbol you can add
number of STBS &
transfer those stbs.
Then Click on Transfer Button you will get message on screen Transferred successfully.
7. How to view the Stock?
Goto Digi.addr.sys.  Operations  Stb Mgmt – you will get following screen.
Then click Search Button, Now you can view the Stock as follows;
How to view Assigned STbs & Not Assigned STB in the Stock?
Goto Digi.Addr.SysOpeationsSTB Mgmt.
Select the status as
assigned or Not assigned
option
And click on Search button you will get following Screen.
7. How to Assign Logic Eastern STB to a Customer (
)?
In the above Screen in operations filed you will get one Icon like human ( )
Click on ( ) that now you will get the Customer Application Form as follows..
Here fill all Customer details; at the bottom of the form you will get one field like Package,
Select the package as per customer demands & click on Add to Customer Button.
Now the STB will be in activated mode.
Now you will get Operations: Deactivation ( ), Reactivation ( ) & add service ( ) as shown

8. How to Assign Conax stb to a Customer (
)?
Step1: Click on Pair symbol ( )
Now you will get another screen as shown below.
 click on Pair button
 Now goto STB Mgnt  click search button you will get Operations like as follows below
screen
Step2: Click on Assigning symbol (
)
a) The customer assigning is same as above you did for LE Box. Click on human symbol you
will get a form. Here fill all Customer details, at the bottom of the form you will get one
field like Package,
b) Select whatever package you want & click on Add to Customer Button,
c) Then the customer STB will get activated automatically.
How to add multiple packages ?
a) In the above STBMgmt. screen you will get one antenna symbol ( ) Click on that, after
you will get following window here you will get all the products details which are assign to
the customer.
b) In the below screen you will get Add Service field as shown below Red Arrow mark. In the
drop down box you have list of packages select any package. Like this you can add no
services
c) Scroll down at the Bottom of the Screen you will get save button, just click on that. Now
service will activated

How to Deactivate( ) a STB :
Goto STB Mgmt Search which STB you want to deactivate, & click on Deactivation( )
button, You will get a Message on the screen like as shown below. If you click on the OK button
Stb will get deactivated.
How to Activate STB after deactivation?
Search with STB or CRF Number you will get following screen , then click on Add service button
Now you will get following Screen Add service & Save it. STB will get activation command .
How to View List of Customers?
Goto Customer  List Customers you will get following Screen.
Here we will get total
number of customers
How to Edit a Customer Details?
Goto Customer  List Customers you will get following Screen. Here we can see one symbol
like Note Book ( )Click on this Icon.
Now we will get a new window as shown below & click on Login & contact details
Next we will get following Screen, by giving the tick mark you can edit the customer details.
After completing edit, at the bottom of the page you will get one button Update button click on
that then the data automatically update the customer details.
How to Replace a STB?
Goto STBSTB Replacement we will get the following screen, Give CRF Number/chipid/Vc
number click on Search Button.
After giving the VC Number we will get below screen with STB details.
Here we have to mention Replacement Reason, Right side we will find on drop down box in that
we have 4 Options like DEFECTIVE, UPGRADE, SURRENDER & Others. Select any Option &
Mention which box you are going to Replace with & Mention the Remarks.
Now click on Replace Button……….
1. Defective Means - if the Box is completely damaged then select as defective & replace box
2. Upgrade Means - The Customer is Upgrading to SD box to HD box or changing models
,etc then select as Upgrade & replace
3. Surrender Means - The customer don’t required our service & customer going to return
the box to us then select surrender option.
4. OTHERS - other reasons (if any )

Note: Don’t do the following operations:
1. Don’t Use deactivate button following Screen: CustomerList Customers
