Introduction
With more and more people pulling out their phones to check their email, we
knew there had to be an easier way to ensure our email marketing activities
like campaigns, online promotions, product launches, marketing
communications etc. look good on any device. That's why we created a
template that’s responsive and it’s now readily available for everyone to use.
The next slides will guide you through how to use our new responsive email
template.

Step 1: Accessing eCircle
•
In your browser go to: http://news.nobelbiocare.com and login with your
credentials.
•
Once logged in, you will have to navigate and click “Content Management”
in the left-hand menu navigation as shown in the image below.
Step 1: Access eCircle

There are 2 items that you will see under “Content Management”. They are:
•
CMS Message - this is where you create, edit, copy,
move and put together your email template.
•
Content Store - this is where you upload the images
you need to insert/embed within your email template.
Step 2: Creating your email
•
To create your email, navigate to Content Management > Content Store
•
On your main browser, click on the “New Message” button as shown in the
image below, then complete this step by providing information on the fields
that are required by the system.

Provide details on the fields shown in the image below. Please note that you
need to select “Direct Marketing Template” in order to enable your
responsive email.
Step 3: Uploading images
•
In order to put together your email, you need to embed images to
accompany your content. To do this, navigate to Content Management >
Content Store.

To upload your images, on your main browser click “New CSE“ as show in
the image below.

Provide a name and description of the image you are trying to upload.
Select and browse for the image file by clicking the “Choose file” button as
shown in the image below. Then click “Save”.

Now that you have uploaded your images, to use the image in your email,
you need to navigate to Content Management > Content Store and open
the image file. Copy the URL of the image as shown in the figure below to
be used later when adding “Message Paragraphs” to your email build.
Step 4: Building your email
•
To build up your email, navigate back to Content Management > CMS
Message and open/edit the email you have just created (Step 2).
•
You can add “Message Paragraphs” to build up your email. The following
list contains the modular paragraphs component that you can add to build
up your email however you like:
Header - this contains the Nobel Biocare logo and the navigation items
including the desktop and mobile version links as shown in the image
below.
Step 4: Building your email
Billboard_image - this is your main visual component for your email
which is normally used to convey your key email message in a visual
form including your primary “Call-To-Action” (CTA). Please refer to the
design guideline document in reference to creating your visual
components.

Editorial - this is your module to write down your key message that is corelated to the “Billboard image”.
Billboard_2columns - this is a two-column content module that contains
an image (300px in width) on the left and your title, description (max. 450
characters) and CTA on the right column.

Content_Block - this is a two-column content module that contains the
title (left aligned on top), an image (185px in width) on the left and your
description (max. 450 characters) and CTA on the right column.

3_column_promo - this is a 3-column content module that contains an
image (206px in width), title, description (max. 450 characters) and CTA
(all aligned center).
Step 4: Building your email
Footer - this is where you write down your company address and contact
details including the social media channel links, the “unsubscribe” link
and the Nobel Biocare disclaimer text.
Step 5: Previewing your email
Once you have put together your email, you can preview it by clicking the
preview button as shown in the image below.

Please be mindful that once you preview the email, the
system gives you the desktop version of your email.
Once you perform a preview send-out of your email and
access the email on your mobile device, that is when
you will see the responsiveness of your email.
The figure on the right hand side of this slide is your
desktop view.
