Install the printer driver
Go to this website for the latest printer driver:
http://www.konicaminolta.nl/nl/business-solutions/support/download-center.html

In the field below Uw product zoeken
type the model nr. of the multifunctional,
e.g. bizhub C364e

Click on KIES HET PRODUCT >

Click Klik om te openen in the Driver
bar

The Driver screen opens:




Choose English from the drop down
menu (field 1)
Choose Macintosch OS X 10.8 from
the drop down menu (field 2)
Download the newest version (3.02) in
the list
Double click the downloaded .dmg file in
the Finder.
The file you just mounted appears in the
Apparaten list


Click the file you just mounted
Install the .pkg files in both the A4 and
the Letter map
Note: You will need administrator rights to
do this!

Link the MF en install Secure Print
Start with this:

Click the preferences button
The Preferences screen opens:

Click Afdrukken en scannen
The Afdrukken en scannen screen opens:

Click the add button (+) to add a printer
The Toevoegen screen opens:

Click right on an empty space in the
button bar
A drop down menu opens:

Click Pas knoppenbalk aan …

The button bar opens:

Drag the Geavanceerd icon to the
empty button space in the button bar
‘KM-PR0808’ configureren

Click Geavanceerd
A new screen opens:






At Type, select Windows printer via
spoolss in the drop down menu
At Apparaat: don’t change the settings
At URL: type smb://payprint03.ru.nl/
followed by the printer name, e.g.
KM-PR0808
Naam: the name of the printer (here
KM-PR0808)
Locatie: the printer’s location
Gebruik: select Selecteer andere
printersoftware from the drop down
menu.
In the screen that opens choose as
printer model:
KONICA MINOLTA C364E PS
The screen should look like this:

Click Voeg toe
PR0808
PR0808

The printer configuration screen opens.
Settings must be as follows:






Paper Source Unit: None
Finisher: None
Punch Unit: None
Hard Disk: marked
Secure Print Only: UNMARKED
Allow Public User: marked

Click OK
‘KM-PR0808’ configureren
To set Secure Print for this printer, proceed as
follows:
KM-PR0808




Open Word
Go to Bestand
Click Afdrukken,
At Aantal and Pagina’s choose “Output
Method”

At print method choose ”Secure print”
The preferences screen for this printer opens:






Create a Secure Print ID code
In the field below Secure Print ID:, type
this ID-code
Create a password
In the field below Passport: type this
password
Mark Save Settings
Click OK

Now you return to the Afdrukken screen

Click Druk af
KM-PR0808
Note: you will be prompted for your crdentials the
First time you want to print! In this case a new
screen will open (see below, right hand corner):
KM-PR0808
Submit your RU-credentials as follows::




At Naam: type achter RU\, followed by
your RU login name (e.g. u123456)
At Wachtwoord: type your RU login
password
Mark Bewaar wachtwoord in mijn
sleutelhanger
Click OK

If you are using a multifunctional with one or more department codes, you must set your department code
on your Mac. Setting the code on your Mac will allow you to use the printer to process your print job.

Set the department code




Open Word
Go to “File”
Click “Afdrukken”.
At Aantal and Pagina’s choose
“Output Method”
The Afdrukken screen opens:

Mark Account Track
The Account Track screen opens


At Password, type your department
code in
Click OK
