How to activate your credEcardplus Visa debit card
Thank you for applying for a credEcardplus Visa debit card and e-account!
This handy guide has been created to help you activate your card once you receive it.
If an e-mail address was provided on your application you will shortly receive your online e-account
credEcardplus
details.

For members without an email address you will receive a letter in the post with your
account number and sort code.
Your card will arrive in the post within 10 days of application and it must be activated straight away.
There are two ways of doing this:

Call 0844 412 1717* and select option 2. A flexible, more convenient way to manage your money
You will need the 16-digit card number from the front of the card, your 8-digit credEcardplus account
number and the last 3 digits from the back of your card (this is the card security code and is located by the
signature strip).
Once you have entered these details using the keypad on your phone, you will hear your PIN number and
your card will be ready to use!

Login to your credEcardplus e-account.

• Go to “My Cards” and you will see an image of your credEcardplus Visa Debit Card.
