HOW TO GET REIMBURSED QUICKLY?
A duly completed claim ensures a quick reimbursement!
HENNER is committed to reimbursing your medical expenses
within 3 days of receiving the fully completed claim. This 3-day
period does not include bank transaction and postal delivery
times which are beyond our control.
Based on our experience, the most common reason for delays
in processing claims is missing documents.
Informing you will enable you to speed up the processing
and reimbursement of your claims.
WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I SENT TO MY CLAIM SERVICE TEAM
TO MAKE SURE THAT MY CLAIMS ARE QUICKLY PROCESSED?
 The medical prescription
This is vital for timely reimbursement. The original copy of the medical prescription must be sent for all
pharmaceuticals, series of treatment (e.g. several physiotherapy sessions), lab tests, glasses/contact lenses, and
x-rays. For renewable prescriptions, we recommend that you make several photocopies so you can send us one
each time you claim.
 Receipt of payment
The invoice must include proof that it has been paid. If it does not, kindly send us some form of proof of payment
for your expenses.
 Approval from the medical board
For treatment subject to a prior agreement (series of treatment, medical and dental prostheses, etc.), remember
to send us a copy of the medical approval to facilitate reimbursement .
 Your bank account details
Remember to send us your bank account details (bank name and address, account holder, full account number,
IBAN and/or SWIFT numbers if applicable) along with your first claim, and whenever you change bank accounts.
 Fully completed forms
For treatment subject to a prior agreement (series of treatment, medical and dental prostheses, etc.), remember
to send us a copy of the medical approval to facilitate reimbursement.
Finally, don’t forget to sign the form and have your healthcare provider sign it also before sending it to us!

Your Claim Service Team’s number shows on your Explanation of Benefits as well as on your HENNER - GMC insured
card.
 How do I access my personal web-space?
Go to the www.henner.com website and select “Insured” on the home page from the dropdown menu; you can then log on
with your username:
 Internet ID number: it is indicated at the back of your HENNER - GMC insured card
 Password: when you first connect, your password is your date of birth (MM / YYYY). For safety reasons, the system will
ask you to change it.
