SENSORS COMPATIBILITY
FORKS AND RING GAUGES
Both LVDT (full bridge) and HBT(half
bridge) sensors can be connected
to the TCI 1. The compatibility is also
extended to other brands such as
Solartron, Tesa, etc. Please specify
on the purchase order the
transducer model/brand to be
connected to the TCI 1, in order to
perform an ad-hoc calibration.
OUTPUT SIGNAL
The TCI 1 is manufactured with two
different output signals:
• Tension (±5V or ±10V)
• Current (4-20mA).
BENCH GAUGES
POWER SUPPLY
The electrical supply is provoded by
means of the same connector used
for the output signal. The TCI 1 can
be ordered both in dual voltage
mode (±15V/±12V) and single
voltage mode (24V).
INDICATORS AND ELECTRONIC
DISPLAY UNITS
TCI 1 stands for “Transducer
Conditioning Interface” at one
channel. It has been developed with
technical and functional features
particularly suitable to convert a
position measurement in a signal
compatible with most of the analog
cards for data acquisition. The
output of this unit provides a direct
electric signal (tension or current),
proportional to the measurement of
the sensor at the input stage. The
output signal can be fetched by PLC
analog cards, in order to control and
manage process automations and
to be further elaborated by systems
such SCADA supervisors.
The TCI 1 is a PLUG&PLAY unit. It is
delivered specifically calibrated for
