Course Synopsis
You know what’s ‘best’ for your patients, but they continue to put off full treatment, or do one tooth at a time, or linger in the eddy of Continuing Care visits. With all you know about your patients and the vision you have for a Comprehensive Care approach, how can you connect with their thoughts and feelings to help them make healthy choices? How can you move beyond reminding them again and again of what you can do
for them?
If you are tired of being seen by your patients as the person with the bad news, this presentation will help you learn to connect with patients where they are and help them move forward, without nagging, or shaming, or scaring them into taking action.
In this seminar you will learn:
¨ Skills to become a better listener in your personal as well as your professional life
¨ How to build long term relationships to help patients make healthy choices, instead of nagging them into compliance
¨ How to close the gap between what your patients think they want from you, and what you know you can do for them.
If you have been looking for a way to jump start your practice with new ideas, energy and skills, this program is for you. You and your team can learn use the power of the question to move your patients from denial to action.
