HMYA Camping Form Instructions
•
Please fill out & sign the request form (see next page).

Note: Please refer to maps of camping areas (pages 3-7 of these instructions) to determine camping area.
•
At least 3 business days before your camping date, scan the form & & email it to your fleet captain
•
If there is space available in the area, the fleet captain will print out , sign, scan and email it back
to you, the member .
•
Print out 2 copies - one you give to the HMYA gate attendant and one to be affixed to your tent.

Addendums
• Whenever a “Special Function” such as
Boy Scouts Campout, Buccaneer Beach
Day, PowerBoat Fun Day, etc is scheduled,
no camping will be allowed in that area.
