How to install your
Everlite Enduro roof:
Fixing to a 2.5º pitch using the
Fast Pack Accessories.
Fixing notes
Cutting to size
If it is necessary to cut down one
of the panels across it’s width, it
MUST be cut down a rib.
07. Refit white end caps into panel. Lower assembled panels over EL2 eaves angle. Allow enough room for verge pack.
08. Line up by sight the position of each EL61 fixing plug with the central groove
on the front face of EL2 . Drill 5mm hole, taking care not to drill into fixing plug. Screw fix. Drill 5mm drainage hole in lower groove in line with panel joints.
The same amount must be also
cut from the wall plate, eaves angle
and lock plate.
To prevent cracking the panels
should be cut using a fine tooth
saw and the sawn edges smoothed
with a fine piece of abrasive paper.
Trade tip!
Keeping the weather out.
01. Fix the firrings by screw fixing through the window glazing recess.
A dab of silicon sealant on
the underside of the EL53
clamping washer and EL56
screw will ensure even better
protection from the weather.
02. Fix EL6 wall plate at 450mm maximum centres. For added strength, attach to both firrings. The wall plate can overhang the firrings by approximately 20mm. See insert.
09. To fix at the verge drill 5mm hole at 500mm centres through rib over firring using EL53 clamping washer as a guide. Using EL56 screws, fix through clamping washer and panel into firring.
10. Position centrally EL6A locking plate and push fit into wall plate.
Fixing holes
If the wall plate isn’t used (photo
2 opposite) the panels should be
pre-drilled at the ridge end before
installing them. See below.

Due to Everlite Enduros
unique design, silicon
sealant is not required (or
recommended) anywhere else
during installation.

03. Drill and screw EL2 eaves angle to front of conservatory. Ensure the eaves angle overhangs supporting structure by approximately 20mm. See insert.
04. Remove white end caps from panel.
Push two EL61 fixing plugs into each panel beneath the drip nose.
Important! Remove adhesive 11. Push fit EL36 foam filler under locking bar.
12. From the inside push fit EL36 foam filler between wall plate and panel.

05. Fix panels together at each rib with the adhesive tape and slot in the steel locking bar at each junction (see insert). The panels feature a pre-cut drip nose that should face the eaves.
06. Ensure panels are positioned centrally and overhang the wall plate/eaves angle by approximately 20mm. The rib on the
first/last panel should sit on to the firring (see insert).
13. At the front, push fit EL36 foam filler into position between panel and eaves angle. This completes the sealing of the
light panels.
14. To fix verge pack barge boards cut wings off last end cap. Cut to required length and slide up side of last panel. Drill and fix into wall plate using single screw. Fit aluminium or third party flashing into wall and you’re finished!

The top surface can be identified
by the pre-cut eaves drip nose
that directs rainwater into the
gutter and by the gasket in the
top channel which provides a seal
between adjacent panels.
