HOW TO REQUEST SAP PASSWORD FROM AN OLD
CONTRACTOR/VENDOR
Below are the 9 easy steps in retrieving your SAP information
including your SAP password. This Help is applicable only to
Vendor/Contractor with existing record in SEC-Contracting. You are
required to provide your Old Contractor number and password in order to
login to the new page.
If you have any problem in login to your old accounts with SEC
Contracting, please send an email to [email protected]. You may
also call the following numbers +966 3 8586081, +966 3 8586042 or +966 3
8586585. Or you may also visit the user support page by clicking the

Step 1: Access to the company's web site (http://www.se.com.sa) and
click Contracting and Procurement link as shown below.

Step 2: Click the Contracting link as shown below.
Step 3: Contracting official web site displays. Please click on Bidder Portal
link as shown below.

Step 4: Please click on Registered Contractors link as shown below.
Step 5: Please fill the data fields below. The Contractor User ID is
equivalent to your old Contractor number with 5 digits. Your password
would be your old password. After filling the data fields, please click on
login button as shown below.

Step 6: Contractor/Vendor Services page displays. To view your SAP
information, please click on View SAP Information link as show below.
Step 7: Your SAP information displays as seen below example. To request
SAP password, click Request SAP password button as seen below. This will
send an email to SAP requesting your new password.

Step 8: Congratulations! Your request has been sent to SAP. Please wait
within one working day to receive your new SAP password through your
contact email.
Step 9: You will then receive an email with the below message.
