HOW TO COMPLETE A TNT WAYBILL
The courier company will not accept your parcel if the form is not completed in
full with a valid order number. (You must attach a hard copy of the order
form to the waybill)
For you convenience please see waybill with relevant numbers.
The following must be written in:
1. UP account number (13132) or receivers account number.
2. Your order number (no order, no collection).
3. University of Pretoria.
4. Your department and full address.
5. Your suburb.
6. Postal code.
7. Your name (Very important).
8. Your telephone number.
9. Receiver’s company name (or contact person).
10. Full address of the recipient.
11. Suburb where the parcel is going.
12. Postal code of the recipient.
13. Country where the parcel is going.
14. Contact person.
15. Telephone number of the recipient.
16. Signature of sender and date.
17. Select the service option you want to use.
18. Full description of contents.
The driver of the Courier Company is not allowed to complete the waybill.
Send a copy of all waybills that are dispatched and received on al daily basis, together
with the proof of order for which UP is responsible for payment to the Postal Services
