Programs for Spiritual Seekers What is ECKANKAR?
March/April 2013
What is ECKANKAR?
Programs for Spiritual Seekers
Find out about it for yourself. Join us to discover
how to Change Your Consciousness, Change Your
Life.
Visit a Community HU Song in your area.
You are invited to attend an afternoon of spiritual
discovery on Saturday, April 27th from 1:00 to 8:30 PM at
the Woodbridge Hilton on Wood Avenue in Iselin, NJ,
and learn for yourself how to, according to the program’s
title, Change Your Consciousness, Change Your Life.
You’ll hear talks, enjoy creative performances, and may
visit the room available to your family that’s dedicated to
children’s spiritual exploration. Stop by the Spiritual
Experiences Room where there will be mini-discussion
groups, spiritual tools to connect you with your own inner
wisdom and folks on hand to answer your personal
questions. Listen to international speaker, Mark
Richardson, who brings the search for spiritual freedom
alive in his talk at 7 PM.
People the world over gather together to sing HU. Singing
HU, regardless of spiritual path, age, background or religion
is an opportunity for anyone and everyone. You may bring
family members or friends along to share the universal gift of
HU. Here’s what happens at a Community HU Song. The
group sings HU (pronounced hue) for about 20 minutes, sits
quietly in contemplation for several minutes, shares light
refreshments, and goes on its way. Singing this ancient love
song to God begins to open your heart to more love and
your awareness to new viewpoints and attitudes.
Listen to the HU Song online at www.HearHU.org and see

Visit an ECK Worship Service.
Members of all faiths are invited to participate in the ECK
Worship Service. This brings together three fundamental
aspects of studying ECKANKAR—a reading from the
ECK writings, singing and contemplating upon HU, the
holy name of God, and a discussion of spiritual principles.
Join others seeking to bring more insight into their lives at
this special celebration of the Light and Sound of God.
