What is included in the rental fee at Cha’le Gardens?
-Four hours of exclusive use of Cha’le Gardens and its grounds
-Tables, Chairs, White, Black or Ivory linen
-Operations Team who will set up and break down your entire event
What happens if my garden wedding is “rained out”?
It will be just as elegant in our grand ballroom. We would move your ceremony with a minimum of three
hours notice prior to your arrival time. Following the ceremony our event coordinator will transform the
ballroom for your reception while your guests enjoy drinks and h’orderves.
How many people can Cha’le Gardens accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 150 seated in the Grand Ballroom. The Capacity is 199 standing room.
If more guest show up than we expected are we charged for them?
Yes. You will be charged a $10 surcharge for each additional guest along with the agreed upon food,
beverage, service and tax charge for each guest. This applies to guest who are added after the
guaranteed headcount and those who unexpectedly arrive on the day of the event. Please remember
that you will not be able to decrease your headcount after the final number has been guaranteed at
your three week meeting.
If there is food left over can we take it with us?
Unfortunately health codes prohibit taking food off the premises except for the wedding cake.
Other than weddings, what kind of events can I have at Cha’le Gardens ?
Almost anything you can think of! Our gardens and appointed rooms offer endless possibilities.

How do I reserve Cha’le Gardens for my wedding?
The venue can be reserved with a signed contract and payment of the facility rental fee. This can be
done in person or arranged by fax or email.
What types of payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Master card and American Express, cash, money orders or personal check.
Once I reserve the facility, what is the next step?
One of our Event Coordinators will give you a call within 48 hours to discuss the details of your wedding.
