What is Enhanced Security Login-MFA?
Enhanced Security Login is the login setup which includes the
answering challenge questions and identifying a telephone, cell
or email address to receive an access code. The access code
provides additional security to the user when logging in.
Multi Factor Authentication (MFA): An additional Layer of
Security in addition to a user id and password to identify a user
who accesses the system.
What MFA Options are available?
Options available to receive one-time pass code:
– Text message to cell phone
– Email
– Automated Telephone Call to cell phone or another
number (ex: work, home)
Step 1
Setup Enhanced Login SecurityMFA Options
Upon successful completion of registration, Enhanced Login Security
Setup screen will display
Option 1: TEXT Message Setup
Select method to receive one-time pass code-text message.
For Text Message:
- Read Terms & Conditions
- Select telephone type (Mobile)
- Enter the telephone number
- Click Activate
An activation code will be sent to your mobile phone.
