Confirmation Notices and Certificates of Completion: We will confirm your

Registrants are responsible for parking fees, if any. Successful completion includes full
attendance and submission of the evaluation form. No partial credit will be given.
Certificates of completion are provided at the time of adjournment.
Transfers and Cancellations: Registrants can transfer to another seminar if space is
available. Registrants canceling up to 48 hours before a seminar will receive a tuition
refund less a $15 administrative fee, an audio CD or DVD recording of the seminar
with the instructional outline, if available, or if requested, a full-value voucher good
for one year, for a future seminar. In the unlikely event that the seminar cannot be held
(e.g., an act of God), registrants will receive free admission to a rescheduled seminar
or a full-value voucher, good for one year, for a future seminar. All requests must be
made in writing or online. No IBP program has ever been cancelled as the result of low
attendance. We anticipate that participants will have desks at most locations.

American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

education for psychologists. IBP maintains responsibility for this 6-hour program.
COUNSELORS, SOCIAL WORKERS & MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS: This program has
been approved by the Ohio CSWMFT Board for 6 CEUs, Provider #RCST030801.
ADDICTION PROFESSIONALS: This program is pending approval by the Ohio Chemical Dependency
Professionals Board (OCDPB) for 6 RCHs.
PHARMACISTS: IBP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a
provider of continuing pharmacy education. This application-based activity is designated for 6

DENTAL PROFESSIONALS: IBP is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by

NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS: This educational offering has been reviewed by the National
Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Long Term Care
Administrator Boards (NAB) and approved for 6.00 clock hours and 6.00 participant hours.
DIETITIANS: IBP is a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Accredited Provider with the Commission

coexisting conditions, assessment and the most effective treatments.
Although anxiety-related disorders often undermine a person’s ability
to enjoy life, most forms of anxiety can be effectively treated.
Presented by Dr. Martin Antony, a leading expert, the program describes
proven, step-by-step strategies to conquer anxiety, fear and panic.
Participants completing this program should be able to:
1) List the key features of panic disorder, phobias, social
anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, generalized anxiety,
and posttraumatic stress.
2) Describe evidence-based psychological and pharmacological
treatments for anxiety and related disorders.

• Causes Of Anxiety Disorders: what perpetuates
maladaptive coping?
• Panic Disorder: panic versus cardiac symptoms;
respiratory triggers; cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT),

• Social Anxiety Disorder: intense embarrassment,

About the Instructor
Martin M. Antony, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized expert in the
assessment and treatment of the full spectrum of anxiety disorders. He
is past president of the Canadian Psychological Association and is Chair
of the Department of Psychology at Ryerson University in Toronto. He
has published 28 books and over 175 scientific articles and chapters on
anxiety disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy and related topics. His
recent texts include Social Anxiety Disorders, The Oxford Handbook
of Anxiety and Related Disorders, The Shyness and Social Anxiety
Workbook, The Anti-Anxiety Workbook, Overcoming Medical Phobias
(needles, doctors and dentists) and When Perfect Isn’t Good Enough.
An outstanding speaker, Dr. Antony has given over 300 presentations
and seminars to health professionals around the world. Audiences
