Normalization of people with disability…
…in a normalized company
generation of wealth
population stability
land preservation
local dynamization
visits to the cellar
environmental improvements
domino effect on the local economy
Why is L’Olivera a success?
I. company organization
1- local capital and property
2- power and decision
3- contextual organization and culture
II. economic activity
a- services for the community
b- added value to agriculture: the wine and olive oil
c- knowledge through innovation and interaction
from local to networks
Knowledge: cognitive work
(Alfonso Vàzquez: “Democracia Económica”, 2009)
- thought: the ability of assigning a meaning to all the available information
- emotion
- accion: the ability of interconnecting and deciding with enough autonomy in order to
be able to act
You always learn when acting, living, cooperating.
The cognitive work always creates a surplus in the form of knowledge.
This surplus will always result in subsequent productive actions and in the complex
framework of social relations.
Knowledge needs cooperation and interaction.
