1. Installation of controller should be stable and dimensions are as follows:

Ⅴ. Introduction of mode and table of settings
SR-SD-A series controller has two working modes. Table of settings is as follows:
1. Light control + time control (1.-4.): When there is no sunlight, the light intensity will fall to the
starting point. The controller will affirm the starting signal after a delay of 10 minutes. Load will
be opened as per set parameters to start working and will switch the power as per the set time.
When there is sunlight, the light intensity will rise up to the starting point. The controller will
close output after confirming closing signal in a delay of 10 minutes and the load will stop
working.
2. Demo mode (6.): Under this mode the user can control the on and off of load by keys no matter
day or night. The time for demo mode is 8 seconds. Without key press after 8 seconds, it will
return to the normal working mode.
Ⅵ. Smart power control

SR-SD-A series controller can work under 12V or 24V voltage. Please connect storage battery at
first for use. Controller will automatically identify voltage of storage battery and start to work. If
it is the 12V system, the nixie tube will show ‘12’. If it is the 24V system, the nixie tube will
show ‘24’.
3. Please connect the storage battery first, and then connect the photoelectric cell and the load. Pay
attention to the “+” and “–” in case of reverse connection.
4. The anti-reverse connection is available. Even the photocell and battery connected wrongly, the
controller will not be damaged.
Wiring diagram is as below:
When running the “smart power” mode, now the controller will enter to the smart power control mode.
Led load power will automatically adjust the load power according to the battery energy. It still valid
for the presetting the working time and load power. The system will choose the smaller one as the load
output power after compare with the smart power and customize power.
For example, when battery energy is 50%, smart power mode calculate the load power is 30%,if now
customize load power is 100%,the controller will run in 30% but not 100%;If customize load power is
20%,the controller will run in 20%.

Ⅶ. Methods for setting
Ⅲ. Connection of LED
1. The SR-SD-A Controller is internally installed with constant current source. The max output
voltage is 70V. The max amount of LED lights can be connected is 20pcs.
2. The SR-SD controller can automatically identify voltage of 12V and 24V. While connect with
LED load, please ensure the number of LED lights in series is appropriate.

3. Please connect LED light first and then open the load.
Warning: if the number of LED in series is not appropriate, the controller or the LED load will
be damaged.
1. Modes and parameter scan
There are two nixie tubes installed on the controller. The first one shows the modes and the second
shows the parameter under the mode. When working normally, press the button, mode and the
parameter will be showed on. Then the mode value will change by each time you press, and the
second tube will show the parameter under this mode. Mode and the parameter setting list can refer to
the above list.
2. Adjustment of parameter.
According to the operational approach of ” Mode and browse parameter”, press the button to set the
mode, after setting the mode, press the button for more than 3s until the second tube flash .Then press
the button to change the number showed on the second tube to set the parameter which you need. Stop
press until the second tube stop flash or press the button more than 3s to finish setting. Setting more
parameters, please repeat this step.
3. Smart power open and close
According to “Smart power open and close” progress, setting the first tube show 5.(Five point),long
press the key more than 3 seconds until the second tube flash then relax the key. Now the number
showed on the second tube will change according to each short press. At the same time,smart power
will be running according to your setting.
4. Demo mode.
According to the step of ” Mode and browse parameter”, press the button until the first tube show
“5.”, then press more than 3s till the second tube begin flash, release the button to set the parameter.
Each press the second tube number will change, meanwhile the load power will change by the “Mode
introduction and setting”. After the end of demo, stop press until the light stop flash then return to
the working mode.

Ⅸ. Problems and solutions
Phenomena

Other phenomena
Problems and solutions
Please check the wiring of photocell and the contact.
Overvoltage of the system; please check whether
voltage of the storage batter is too high.
Wait for 10 minutes and the load will open
automatically.
Power supply to storage battery fails. Please check
the connection of storage battery.
Storage battery is over discharged. Charge the
battery fully.
Power of load exceeds rated power. Press the key
for long one time after reducing the use of electric
equipments.
Load is under short circuit. After removing fault,
press the key once for a long time or wait until the
next day.
Please check whether connections of electric
equipments are correct and reliable.
Check the reliability of wiring and the automatic
identification of 12V/24V system.
