The contents of this Circular Minute must be brought to the notice of all eligible officers and
employees on your establishment without delay. Also notify all candidates who qualify for
the posts in this circular minute even if they are absent from their normal place of work.

Government Department or from the Website – www.kznhealth.gov.za.

Full academic Curriculum Vitae stating teaching and research experience
and listing publications
(c)
Certified copies of highest educational qualifications and professional
registration certificates – not copies of certified copies.
(d)
Certified copy of Driver’s License - if required
(e)
Certified copy of I.D.

Degree/National Diploma in Public Management/ Financial Management/Accounting or
equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year traceable experience in SCM Component
Proof of previous and current work experience

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS

To control all NSI forms for District Office and formulate a tracking device system for all NSIs
received by Demand section.
To develop a procurement plan that is aligned to the District budget
To conduct and analyse procurement of goods and services within the District Office
To maintain the effective and efficient utilization of all allocated resources.
To update the ZNQ. control register of goods and services
To attend to all SCM unit audit queries and respond promptly.
To compile and submit required monthly reports to Head-Office
To prepare submission to the Chief Financial Office when necessary.
To provide information to BEC for evaluation of Office Furniture in terms of local content by
the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
