Booths are 10’ Wide by 6’ Deep. Displays should be limited to 6'
high so that other crafters are not blocked. If you go beyond the
6' limit, you may be asked to take your display down. You must
also stay within your 10’ x 6’ area when displaying your items.
Booths are $50, Tables are $15, and Electricity is $5.
Up to 2 chairs will be provided per booth free of charge.
All crafters are required to make a donation of one item for the
craft fair raffle table (suggested retail value of $15).
All items must be handmade however we will allow a small
number of direct sales vendors (such as Pampered Chef, Avon).
At least two photos of the items being sold must be submitted.
We will do our best to honor all requests. All booths will be filled
on a first come, first served basis. Returning crafters can
request the same booth if application is postmarked by May 31,
2014 (returning direct sales vendors must have their application
in by Nov. 30, 2013 to reserve their spot or it may be given to
another rep from their company).
Crafters will be notified soon after the application is received as
to whether or not they are accepted. Confirmation letters with
booth assignments will be sent out at the beginning of October.
Refunds for cancellations will be given prior to Aug. 18th. You
will receive half your money back between Aug. 18th and Sept.
18th. After Sept. 18th no refunds will be given. No exceptions.
The school will be open at 6:15 am for set-up. Volunteers will
help crafters unload their cars. After unloading, please park your
vehicle away from the entrance to allow customers easy access
to the craft fair. We ask that you have your booth set-up by 8:30
am. If you are not checked in by 8:00 am we reserve the right to
give your booth to another crafter.
The Booster Club concession stand with be open all day. An
order form will be in your welcome packet. Volunteers will be
available to deliver lunch during the fair.
