Busby Biological Services, Inc. (BBS) is a San Diego-based environmental consulting firm that
provides high quality, objective natural resource expertise and innovative solutions to complex environmental issues for public- and private-sector clients who require assistance complying with the California Environmental Quality Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and
other federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
Established in 2009, BBS is a certified small, woman-owned, disadvantaged business enterprise. We, along with our close network of highly skilled, specialized, and respected independent biologists and environmental professionals, have decades of cumulative experience
providing environmental consulting services throughout southern California and the western U.S. for a growing list of clients, including government agencies, utility companies, military installations, private landowners and developers, and environmental consulting firms as
well as local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and non-profit organizations.
