SET-UP - Friday, October 17th
Set up on Friday for exhibitors is from 5pm – 6pm ONLY.
Please do not attempt to set up early.

CHECK-IN and MEASURING
Armbands will be available each day in books at the Check-In table for self serve pick-up for those exhibitors who indicated that they have
a height card for their dog on their entry form. Check-In begins at 7:45am on both days. We are scheduled to have a Volunteer Measuring
Official (VMO) at our trials. All dogs needing to be measured must be measured by the VMO PRIOR to running. Measurements will take
place before each class. Remember that VMOs are volunteers and are running their dogs in the trial. Please allow sufficient time before
your run to be measured. Armbands MUST be worn in the ring.
MOVE-UPS
Move-ups must be received by the Trial Secretary in writing (e-mail preferred) prior to 6pm on Monday, October 13, 2014.
Be sure that I have acknowledged receipt of your move-up. Please preface all correspondence with “BACV” in the Subject line.
ADDITIONAL SITE INFORMATION
• No Smoking on Trial Grounds - All smoking must be
done in individual cars in the designated smoking parking area or
self-contained RVs. Please dispose of cigarette butts.
• Please do not attach any tenting or crating to the fencing.
• Always pick up any trash or waste material and dispose of in
trash bins.
• Park only in designated areas as indicated by signs and
attendants.
• RVs staying overnight must have reservation on file, payment
submitted and must be parked in designated area
• Little Creek Reservoir Park is immediately across the
street from the site with nice walking paths ( ~ 2 miles wooded
along the reservoir), well- maintained public restrooms,
dog-friendly (on leash)
NO WADING OR SWIMMING ALLOWED FOR PEOPLE.

THANK YOU!!!  The Volunteer Schedule will be sent out via
e-mail and posted on my website when it is ready. Volunteers please
check-in with Patty Burchill at the trial to verify your job assignments.
SMOKING PARKING POLICY
There will be a Special Designated Parking section for Smokers
wishing to smoke in their cars at the site. As you drive in the double
gates to the parking field, proceed straight to the back fence and look
for the red, white & blue flags and signs designating the parking area
for Smokers. This does not apply to the Judge or Trial Chairman
who have designated parking near the Large Barn.
There will NOT be a Food Vendor on site.
However, there are plenty of food options close by.
Please plan accordingly
Volunteers will be provided with
FREE lunch and endless snacks.

This site is part of a private residence. No one is permitted in the fields beyond the white fence. The two neighboring lots are private
property. Please be respectful of their property and clean up after your dogs – WE WOULD LIKE TO BE INVITED BACK! 

Go 1.5 miles to light - turn RIGHT on Rt 60 West (Richmond Rd)
Go 1.8 miles and turn LEFT onto SR 610 (Forge Rd)
Go 2.2 miles and turn LEFT onto Lakeview Dr
Go ~ 1/8 mile to WHITE FENCING, gravel drive on LEFT
