ABOUT THE INSTITUTION AND DEPARTMENT
E.G.S. Pillay Engineering College is one of the pioneering non-grant
Engineering Colleges in the State. It was established by the E G S Pillay & Sons
Educational & Charitable Trust, Nagapattinam in the year 1995 with the
approval of the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. It is
affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. It is an ISO 9001-2008 certified
Institution. The college offers 6 UG courses and 6 PG courses. A gate-way to
success, the college has now set on long-range planning to enlarge and enrich its
programs and activities to empower the youth who aspire to become successful
Engineers, Scientists and Managers.
CHAIR PERSON
Eminent professors from leading academic Institution are invited as

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
Authors are requested to follow IEEE format for research papers.
The department of management studies was established in 2001. The department
has highly qualified and experienced faculty members. The department has very
good infrastructural facilities, well furnished class rooms, seminar halls and
computer laboratories. The teaching faculty is active in conducting research and
publishing the papers in reputed Journals and Conferences. The Institution has
already conducted four International conferences (ICAET 2011, ICAET 2012,
IEEE-ICAESM 2012 & IEEE-ICRDPET 2013), AICTE sponsored seminar on
PDPEM 2013 and National Conference on CMPCW 2014.
INTRODUCTION
Innovation has a great impact in today’s competitive world. It plays a
vital part in the field of management. Through the new innovations in the
management aspects/techniques the managerial environment can be driven
towards the impressive achievements. This conference will provide a wide
platform to all the research scholars, publishers and the budding managers to
view their innovative opinions and as well as to get the awareness about the urge
for creative managerial thinking.
It will provide a good exposure to the students, research scholars,
faculty members and practitioners when they are presenting, posting queries and
reaching conclusions.
The major objectives of this program are:



To address the innovative practices in management field.
To gather the updated management techniques.
To improve the creativity and innovations of the students in regards
with management aspects.
ELIGIBILITY
Students, Research Scholars, faculty members, practitioners from
Management Studies and Commerce are eligible to participate.
REGISTRATION FEE
Each paper will be charged Rs. 300 (DD should be drawn in favour
of “The Principal, EGSPEC payable at Nagapattinam”). Maximum
number of authors per paper is two
Refreshments, lunch and certificate will be given.
PUBLICATION FEE (Rs.750 + Rs.250)
Selected papers will be published in International Organization of
Scientific Research – journal of Business Management. Rs. 750/will be charged as publication fee for online publication and Rs.
250/- will be applicable for certification.
