Conditions of entry:
 All AWARC members and associates entering
must contribute labour to its running.
 Dressage tests are the 2013 HRCAV tests.
 Entries will only be accepted on the HRCAV
Individual Entry Form Appendix 6.
 Entries accepted on a first in basis and times
allocated accordingly.
 Competitors choosing to ride HC must clearly state
on entry form. Will not be accepted on day.
 The events are being run according to HRCAV rules.
 Competitors must supply their own numbers.
 Riders must present to Gear Check 20mins prior to
riding.
 Valid membership and performance cards must be
presented to the Event secretary prior to
competing. No cards will be stamped on day.
 Competitors MUST enter at their assessed level &
1 level above if chosen.
 No refunds after closing date, unless a vet/doctor’s
certificate is presented within 7 days.
 Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of
posting interim results.
 The decision of the ground jury is final, no
secondary protests will be entered into.
 The AWARC, AWEA & HRCAV do not accept any
liability for accident, injury, illness or loss to any
person, animal or property.
 Strictly NO ACCESS to area behind dressage arenas.
 ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEAD AT ALL
TIMES.
 Children must be supervised at all times.
