110 V/220 V/240 V (use
only with AC voltages printed on the hot-air-gunlabel) protective contact
socket - switch the Hot Air
Gun on.
Switch positions:
Off
step I = low heat (app. 300”
C/575” F) half-speed
step II = high heat (app.
525O C/lOOO” F) full-speed
The hot air can be directed
(either to a certain point or
surface) by using the additional attachable nozzles.
These are simply attached
to the outlet nozzle.

The “HL 500” and
HL “1400 S” can be either
hand-held or stood vertically.
When hand-held the hot air
guns are held like a hot-melt
glue gun or drilling machine
so that the forefinger is free
to operate the switch.
When using in a vertical
position position the
Hot Air Gun as a Bunsen
burner using the cool air inlet (make sure that the
surface is clean and dustfree, otherwise the polluted
air may damage the motor
eliminating any warranty
rights).
