DEER TRIMMING: We accept CLEAN, BONLESS, FRESH OR FOZEN deer meat for processing into
products. Please use clear plastic food grade bags or containers or buckets to store your fresh meat. We
will NOT accept meat in trash bags because of chemicals used in the production of these bags. We also need
the metal tag number for any trimmings. Note: Jerky is made from the whole round. If you want jerky made
bring entire ham leave whole with bone in. There will be a charge for de-boning any NON-boneless
trimmings.

From Indianapolis: Take I 70 East toward Ohio (approximately 35 miles);
Take Exit 115 (Knightstown);
Turn Right off exit ramp on to SR 109 South
Go Approximately 1.5 miles turn left onto County Road 750 South
Go Approximately 1.5 miles turn right onto County Road 575 West

Take 3 North to SR 40;
Turn Left onto SR 40;
