During practices the week of January 26th,
the league will host a fundraiser to support the league and equipment. Prizes will
be awarded to the winners.

Preseason Next Level Skills Camp

6:00-7:30 pm at the Y

3rd grade – 8th grade
During this 4 week camp, players take their
skills to the Next Level by running through
four different stations. The skills being developed include:
Rim 1: Form shooting, weak hand layup development, shooting drills, shooting competitions
Rim 2: Defense, stance, slide, dropstep, defensive drills and conditioning
Rim 3: Next level dribbling and development,
static ball, fingertip training, dribbling drills
and competitions
Rim 4: Give and go, pick and roll, backdoors,
close outs.
