Juggling the Generations
Robin Elston
Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Xers, Yers and more! Oh My! We’re all mixed together in work and life, but we are all products of very
different generational influences. These differences and preferences can often divide us and create barriers to living, communicating
and working productively together. Better understanding of these differences, and the reasons for them, can help us develop and apply
strategies for working (and living) together better!

Communicating…Beyond Words!
Cynthia Torppa
Sometimes we can learn as much…if not more…from the way a person stands or from their tone of voice or even from the way they
choose to phrase things than we can from what they’re saying. Lots of communication happens non-verbally. Understanding people’s
body language can help us interact better with them. Sometimes someone’s surface message is not what they mean to communicate.

A Guide to Conducting Investigations

Was it stolen? Lost in the laundry, or just misplaced? Or perhaps the situation is more serious…money missing, or an allegation of staff
misconduct. Explore best practices in investigative procedures. Hear how to gather information, who to interview, and what to ask. Learn
to review evidence, ask open-ended questions and more. There’s a little Sherlock Holmes in everyone!

Robert Reed
Was it stolen? Lost in the laundry, or just misplaced? Or perhaps the situation is more serious…money missing, or an allegation of staff
misconduct. Explore best practices in investigative procedures. Hear how to gather information, who to interview, and what to ask. Learn
to review evidence, ask open-ended questions and more. There’s a little Sherlock Holmes in everyone!
