Lyn Maylone
is currently the Human Resource
Manager for the Detroit location of Orchid Orthopedic, the
world’s
largest
implantable
orthopedic
contract
manufacturer. Prior to her role at Orchid, Lyn was the
Human Resource Manager for Carl Zeiss Vision in Troy and
prior to that Assistant Human Resource Manager at Jabil in
Auburn Hills. Lyn has been certified by the Human Resource
Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human
Resources, affirming she has mastered the strategic and
policy-making aspects of HR management in the U.S. She is
currently studying for the highest level certification, that of
Human Resource Management Professional. Lyn received her Bachelor’s degree in Political
Science from Oakland University in Rochester, MI, and is currently finishing her Master’s
degree in Human Resource Development from Eastern Michigan University. Lyn has been
instrumental in developing compensation strategies, training programs, and initiatives
focused on improving employee engagement throughout her career.
