NEW:
Congratulations to Rachael Norton on being awarded first team All-State
Soccer at the All State Banquet Awards this past Sunday Night. Also,
congratulations to Assistant Coach Aaron Paye on being nominated for Assistant
Coach of the Year.
Thank you to Irondale’s Student Council for hosting and organizing a
successful 2014 Trick-or-Canning; nice work! Together, with the National Honor
Society and Volunteer Club, 1,249 pounds of food was collected and donated to
Ralph Reeder! Way to go Knights!
Any girls planning to play basketball at Irondale this season must attend an
informational meeting TOMORROW @ 2:20 p.m. in the Girls’ Basketball Team
Room. See Coach Coffland if you have any questions.
Attention Baseball Players! Captain's practice begins TOMORROW night @ 7:00
p.m. in the upper gym. Remember to bring your baseball gloves, bats, and wear
tennis shoes.
Attention all gymnasts! Please plan to attend an informational meeting on
Tuesday, October 28th @ 2:45 p.m. in the gymnastics room to discuss the upcoming
season.
REMINDER:
Attention all cross country runners! Please report to the computer lab after
school TODAY to complete your post season survey.
All boys interested in trying out for the basketball teams should attend an
organizational meeting on Thursday (Oct. 23rd) @ 2:20 p.m. in the upper gym. Be
sure to bring a pen or pencil to write with. See Coach DeMars with questions.
Attention girls swim team members! Please report to the computer lab after
school on Thursday to complete the post season survey.
The Sunnyside Elementary PTA is looking for help with the Harvest Dance on
Friday (Oct. 24th) @ 5:30-8:00 p.m. Please contact Shauna Bock
([email protected]) if you’re interested in helping out.
Attention parents of students involved in fall activities! Please go to

The Irondale Wrestling Boosters are sponsoring the 7th Annual “Go for the
Pins” bowling fundraiser on October 26th @ 12:00 p.m. at the Mermaid
Entertainment & Event Center in Mounds View. Team registrations can be
downloaded at irondalewrestling.com; cost is $25 per bowler or $10 non-bowlers.

you there, and to another year of Knights Wrestling.
Irondale Drama Presents Anything Goes! Anything Goes is a Cole Porter musical
classic which takes place aboard the S.S. American. This light-hearted, high-energy
musical is a tale of love, laughter and mistaken identity. You won't want to miss it!

BOO! Attention all Senior and Senior Parents! All senior portraits and baby

Hey Knightkrawler fans! The family-friendly FUN from last season is coming
back once again! Please join Irondale’s FIRST Robotics Team 2052 for their second
comedysportz FUNdraiser on Thursday, December 4th @ 7:00 p.m. in the Irondale
Auditorium. The comedysportz improv show is great for all ages. Advance tickets
are $10, or pay $12 at the door. All proceeds will go towards this seasons
