System Administrator – Local IT Support
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Your tasks
 Hardware configuration and installation (PCs, printers, servers,
network- and phone devices)
 Hardware break and fix for all standard and site-specific hardware
of Hella
 Software break and fix for all standard and site-specific software of
Hella
 Hardware upgrades
 On-site and remote installation of software
 Data back-up of client systems
 Configuration of network devices
 Contact to central IT for any IT-issues related to Hella global IT
(changes of standards, escalations, specific IT project related issues)
Your qualifications

 Education in IT area or other relevant technical fields/ specialization
 Win 7 knowledge (features, specifics, installation parameters)
 Basic knowledge about software installation, user groups and
typical hardware interfaces
 Basic network knowledge (IP addresses, name servers, domains)
 Open minded person, willing to learn new technologies or to
improve knowledge, have initiative, result and quality oriented,
self-determination
 Enjoy being a team player and working in a servicing area
 Advanced English language skills (mandatory)
