Pre-Registration Form
The South Central Softball Team is having a 5K Color Run/Walk to help raise funds to support their team.
 The 5K Color Run/Walk is untimed and will be held at the Farina Park and various streets in
Farina, IL. *For safety purposes we will run the same route twice to get the 5K ran.
 Participants will be splashed with different colors of non-toxic biodegradable food coloring and
cornstarch. If for some reason you are allergic to these, this run/walk is not for you.
 You may opt to wear glasses/goggles to cover eyes & a dust mask/bandana to cover mouth.
 Race will be held rain or shine. It may be delayed due to severe weather.
 Wear as much white as you can. Remember whatever you wear will be colored and may stain.
 You should shake off as much of the powder as you can before getting into your vehicle. You
may want to bring something to sit on in your vehicle for the ride home.
 It may take a few showers before your normal hair/skin color returns.
**Please bring a non-perishable food item on run day to be donated to our local Food Pantry. **

If pre-registration entry fee is received by October 20th, you will be guaranteed a shirt.
Non-refundable Entry Fee: Ages 6 & under: Free, Ages 18 & under: $15.00, All others: $25.00
