Baptist Union Prayer Diary – Give thanks for the relationship between British and
Jamaican Baptists. 2014 sees the bi-centenary of our working together and a
number of events are planned to celebrate our history and look forward to our
futuer together.

Walmer Parish Coucil? Come and meet Cllr Murphy who will be sharing ideas
about how we might get involved.
BMS – Middle East & North Africa – Pray for believers in the region who suffer
in silence, cut off from family and isolated from Christian fellowship. Pray that
God would meet with them today.
Lest we forget - Postcards from the Front
As part of our Remembrance Sunday worship Pastor is keen to include memories
shared by relatives of WWI. If you have a reminiscence to share from a family
member please write a brief summary and hand to Pastor by Sunday 2
November.
Those called to serve on the Mission Field – Our BMS Link Missionaries serving
in Eastern Europe. Debbie in South Africa and Angola. Jon Budgell and the team
here in the Uk supporting the work of Hope Now in the Ukraine, and Elizabeth
Lee in Nepal ( Latest news letter in the tea area) Pray also for the continuing
and vital work of The London City Mission. Pray they may be continually
renewed and encouraged by God's loving and strengthening spirit.

Continue to pray for those with on going health problems: As we continue to
uphold each other in prayer, please continue to pray for Joy who, as well as her
heart problems has Thyroid problems too. Kitty progressing well, Jean Pendreich
making slow progress after her hip op. Dragomeer (Frieda's son) now home
from hospital with a back brace, full recovery is going to be lengthy. Continue
to pray for little Jasmine suffering from a blood disorder, Gillian, Edna Ansell,
our Pastor Seyan, Derek, Marjorie, Peter H, Elaine, Rose, Joy & Dennis. Others
we remember, Darren, Frieda, David Goodbourn, Ina, Kath Cory, Anne, and Peter
Cook. Pray also for Mavis Power who recently has lost her Daughter
Give thanks to God for answered prayer - Dennis S after 6 ½ years of
treatment for Leukaemia has now been discharged.
Remember: Irene Powell, 100 and in a care home. Margaret Allsopp full time
carer for her husband Wilf. Pray they may know the peace and love of God.
